Matt came to do an annual (it’s been several years) service on furnace and he was excellent to deal with. He was on time, professional, and did not try to upsell us. We will use this company exclusively going forward.

Been using them for years always a good experience. Trustworthy technicians who give honest advice and do a good job evaluating what really needs repair and keeps prices affordable, you can trust that they will do the job right and not just try to upsell you a new furnace. Instead they give you the options to fix and maintain it and keep it operating safely. I won’t go to anyone else.

Matt A. came out to look at an issue I was having with my furnace , and it turned out to be a serious safety issue with the heat exchanger. He was very informative and knowledgeable of what my options were for a new furnace, and it was installed the next day, at a very reasonable cost. He was very punctual, patient with all my many questions, and was able to fit the new furnace in a tight spot. His assistant Stuart was also fantastic. Very polite people, respectful of my home, great job of clean up, and would recommend them to anyone, especially with all the choices out there. The owner Wayne was very helpful on the phone as well. Will use them again for tune-ups, etc...

They were very professional and clean and efficient. Had our furnance go out Matt showed up and offered to change a part but we opted since our furnace was over 20 years old to go ahead with a new one. Installed promptly and with care not to damage anything in the home moving that big furnace in. Overall, great company to work with and Matt was awesome.

Very responsive, called us right back on a Sunday night when our furnace stopped working. Helped us do some novice inspection and gave us some tips for getting it running again. Also came out for an inspection, on time and very helpful, again gave us some good tips for ongoing maintenance. Highly recommend!

I called on a Thursday evening (after business hours) after discovering that my furnace wasn't firing up. I left a message, expecting a call back the next day. Someone called that evening to set-up an appointment for the next afternoon! Then the next morning they called to say that they could squeeze me in (which they did). Matt replaced the ignitor, did a check of the furnace, and was out before 9:00. Also, when I came to the door wearing a mask, Matt promptly put one on without my having to ask.

On time and very knowledgeable. Mark was our tech guy and he was very straight forward, not pushy. Highly recommend. Would definitely go through them for maintenance and furnace replacement in the near future.
