Jaylen was fabulous. He arrived at my home exactly as promised, was very respectful of my home and knew exactly what to do. He installed my new thermostat, showed me exactly how to use it. He even had me download the app for the thermostat to my iPhone and then walked me through how to use the features. He even was kind enough to pay attention to my boxer! My experience with Metro has been wonderful from starting with Dave who came out, told me exactly what I needed, but never pressured me into anything. Jessie who came out to verify what exactly was needed was so kind and explained to me everything he did. The two gentlemen that installed the new furnace we great. Then Jaylen tied everything up perfectly . So professional and kind. He made sure I knew exactly how to manage my new system. Having had my furnace go out the day prior to loosing my husband on December 23rd, this was an extremely stressful time. They certainly made things easier for me. I could not make a higher recommendation.

We discovered a gas leak at 4:30pm today (Friday!) and needed to get it fixed quickly in order to restore heat to our home ahead of a very cold weekend. Metro responded immediately and sent Al over right away to help us sort this out. Al was professional and kind and took care of the problem quickly. I suspect his work day has just ended when he received the call for our project, so I’m especially grateful that he was willing to put in the extra time this evening to help us out before starting his weekend.

I have used this company for boiler, forced air furnace and now today a water heater repair... their technicians are intelligent, friendly and professional plus the prices seem fair. What more could I ask for?! Oh, and today he even put on water proof covers over his shoes while walking through my house and took his time to explain our situation thoroughly.. super nice guy.

My AC Was dead upon starting this spring, I called Metro, I was recommended by the maintenance engineer at my work. I had 3 contractors picked out, Dave was awesome in making it clear what I was getting. I even cancelled my last contractor appointment. Install date, right on time, TJ and Jacob professionally installed a high efficient AC and furnace in 7 hours. Clean, awesome looking installation. I would highly recommend!!

They were contracted via American Home Shield. A week and half to get appointment. The problem was not fixed and became worse after they came. They wanted me to wait another week and half. The woman on the phone lied, was rude, she also blamed American Home Shield for their inability to fix problem.

My furnace went out this past weekend and it was chilly to say the least. I called to set up an appointment for Monday and they were quick in getting back to me. Jalen was my tech and he was courteous and professional, took the time to explain the issue and the solution. He also gave me spring/ fall and monthly maintenance tips and recommended the comfort club membership for future proactive maintenance ideas. Most importantly he got the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. Thank you Jalen!
