Craig was great. Fixed our problem quickly and was very nice. We love Pronto......replaced AC, water heater, and furnace with them a few years ago.

Keith just helped me connect my phone to my thermostat. He was prompt and patient! Based upon my experience with ease of scheduling and the nice people who work for Pronto, I would hire them again.

Chris was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. I recently moved into a 1940's home and Chris was able to answer my questions about the entire HVAC system and give recommendations. I've been using Pronto for over 20 years (installed A/C and furnace in previous home), they are dependable and honest.

Pronto was fantastic to work with. After install of a humidification unit and a 2nd zone, we had follow up questions and did notice one issue. A follow-up visit was immediately scheduled and Jim came back and resolved everything quickly and professionally. Service is exceptional, and they make it right. Would recommend to anyone, and we will use them again!

Travis tried to get my 15 year old water heater working. It worked for about 10min. He called the Edina office & had them bring out the new unit and installed it same day! He did not want me to have to take anymore cold showers. I am looking forward to a hot bath in my soaker tub tonight now that I have a 50 gallon unit. Thank You Travis and the Pronto family!
