Woke up in the night to a cold house. I filled out their online request form at about 3am. They called me back about 7am. My house was warming up by 9am. I’m keeping this number handy.

Phil was quick to respond and great with follow through. His price was inline with what we expected. Holmin staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain things and answer questions. Nice touch laying down runner tarps over the carpet.

We will be using them in the future when we are ready to replace the furnace.

Phil fixed the fan motor on our 30 year old furnace for $650. Another company didn't think it was worthy of fixing and gave me a $13,000 bid to replace the system. Phil said he would charge $11,000 to replace system with exact same equipment. He was prompt, polite and absolutely no pressure. He simply gave me the two options, allowed time to talk to my husband to decide what we wanted to do, and then stopped back the same day and repaired it. We will reach back out to him another year or two about replacement. Thanks Phil!

Our 15 year-old furnace humidifier wasn't working. Among 5 -star rated companies Holmin offered the lowest bid for replacement. Within 5 minutes Phil discovered the problem. His repair saved us hundreds of dollars. For future service, our call will be to Holmin Heating & Cooling.

The entire experience with Holmin was so positive that there really isn’t anything negative to say. They promptly and thoroughly responded to questions, gave accurate and competitive quotes and arrived right on time. They are very friendly and professional. They completed everything they said they were going to do in an efficient manner, and they cleaned up after themselves. I really don’t know what else they could do to improve upon their services. If you’re in need of the services they provide I would highly recommend that you give them a chance.

Phil was my "Hero without a Cape" today! My AC stopped working last night. Phil came and told me he doesn't really do Heat Pump services, but he had a hunch what the issue was. $250 part, 5 minutes of work, and my condenser was spinning and cooling again!
