FIVE STARS ALL AROUND! We were in need of a new AC unit and the team at Arctic Mechanical was amazing from start to finish.

Shannon in the office was wonderful to work with & very personable, yet extremely professional. She kept us in the loop on everything and answered any questions promptly. The owner Ryan is the best! He personally came to give us the estimate and walked us through EVERY SINGLE THING we needed, why we needed it and how he and his team would repair/replace. Made us feel so confident in our decision to work with them!

Install day was a breeze! Not only did they get here within days of our agreement, but Ryan and his tech Johnne were so great throughout the process. Super friendly, EXTREMELY clean & respectful of our home (floors, doors, walls, yard, etc.), & very professional.

This unit is running awesome, and we are so excited for a summer without any worry! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARCTIC MECHANICAL to anyone looking for HVAC support! Thank you Ryan, Sarah, Shannon & Johnne!

Arctic Mechanical became a business of our choice for HVAC a year ago, when we needed professional HVAC work done per insurance claim. So far, they didn't disappoint. They responsive, on time, professional and provide "good quality service". Anthony, was just great!!! He sure takes his workmanship personally and to his heart. I recommend this business.
The only suggestion that I can make for this business is to either have someone taking emergency calls 24 hours a day and be available for it, or remove "24 hours a day" from hours of operations listed on website. It's confusing, because you can't reach anybody past regular office hours.

Artic Mechanical was awesome. I highly recommend. They were very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. Our technician, Anthony, was very helpful and explained what he was doing the whole time. It was refreshing to be able to talk to him on what we were expecting. I feel like some other people just come in and do a job without communicating much, and I'm always left wondering if they are doing what we need. 5 stars!!

They were timely and fantastic with communication, better deal than competitors, and helped me figure out financing and did an incredible job. Super nice people i would hve trusted them in my house without me overall fantastic

After multiple quotes from different HVAC contractors, we chose Arctic Mechanical to replace my girlfriend's furnace and AC. Great price, great product, on-time service. The install is beautiful! A few things had to be updated and moved from the original 1994 install and it looks absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!!

Love these guys and would defiantly use them again! I called and spoke with Sarah about a putting a mini split into my garage as it has become my new office over the past couple years. I had previously installed a unit heater and a window AC unit but the noise and blowing was a little much when working. I can tell you this mini split is sweet! Super quiet, I just set it on auto and I can run year round. Ryan and his crew did an amazing job getting every thing installed. Super clean looking instal. Thanks guys!

Ryan was amazing and explaining all the different options that we had to get a new furnace. Was not pushy just explained, and let us decide which one was best for us. Love the furnace we picked has saved us a lot of money this winter! Ryan and His team had been working really long hours. It’s definitely a big smiles on their faces. Did a great job and left everything super clean highly recommend!

Great company. Very satisfied with their work. Ryan and Sarah are a great team - enjoyed working with them. We have used them for our spring and
fall maintenance since our installation of both AC/ Furnace in 2020. Also their new office staff person is wonderful to work with in setting up appointments etc. Would highly recommend them.

From A to Z, the team at Arctic Mechanical was phenomenal. We had our furnace and thermostat replaced with the A/C scheduled for replacement in a few weeks.

Shannon in the office is an excellent communicator and gives a personal touch to each conversation. She's great! The owner, Ryan, and his crew, Johnne and Anthony, were awesome! They were all super friendly, communicative, and professional. They were great with our two cats and especially loved our 7-month old puppy. I would recommend Arctic Mechanical to anyone considering HVAC services. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever!! It was a very positive experience.

I am the owner of Rose-Bo Flora in Crystal. My furnace stopped functioning in Valentine's week. This was one of our busiest time of the year. I called Arctic Mechanical and explained my situation. In fact it was a Super Bowl day. And Ryan who was watching football without any hesitation came over and fixed my furnace and saved the day. I highly recommend them. They are efficient and professional.
