Arctic Mechanical

We had purchased a new home and couldn't get the boiler working so I spoke with Sarah and she had scott come out to our place and he was professional and honest! I highly recommend them over any company! Thanks guys!

I have used Arctic 3 times now, and have been beyond impressed with the service every time. The first time, I though my AC was toast. Ryan took the proper time to assess the unit, and found a small item was malfunctioning, and we could fix it. The second time was a furnace issue. This one was another small fix. The third time the AC went out, and it was time to replace it. The price was great, and he had the best warranties in the business. Every time I have used Arctic Mechanical, I have been extatic with the service.

I just used Arctic Mechanical to replace my AC unit and my furnace. Sarah, Ryan and the other Gentleman that was helping him, (sorry I forgot his name) were awesome. We are so happy with the service and new water heater we got! Ryan was able to get a water heater out to us the day before a large party we were having at our home. He is honest, efficient, and fair priced! We will definitely be using him for future work and will be recommending to our family and friends!

It was 95 degrees out and my AC stopped working. Called several places that could not service me for a number of days. I called Ryan and he was out in 30 mins and had it working in short order. We called Ryan yesterday because of issues with our AC. He came first thing this morning to take a look and to give us some options. We were so impressed at his kindness and patiences as we asked him lots of questions. You can tell he knows what he's doing, and we felt like he kept our best interests at heart when giving us options. While we hope our AC stays working and we don't have to have him over again, he was great to work with and he will be who we will call for our cooling/heating needs! :)
