George was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time for each appointment, returned calls and texts within 24 hours, charged a fair price for the work done, and left my home spotless. With his service and professionalism, he has earned a life-long customer.

I had a heating and air conditioning issue in my house. I called them and they came out the next day, fixed it, and charged me nothing! They were outstanding!

James and Ross were an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, efficient, and considerate of our home and two dogs. We were given a thorough explanation of what had been done, how to use the new thermostat, how to change the filters, and how to run the fans for maximum efficiency in difficult-to-reach areas of our home. For many years, we've used this company for annual maintenance, and they were our first choice for the new system!

I own a duplex and I was looking to get new thermostats and air conditioning units installed for both units. The contractor sent out was late by an hour after the given 3-hour time frame and I had to call to make sure they were still coming. There was no communication that he would be late. When the contractor showed up, he told me he needed a step stool to see into the ceiling of one of the units. I should not have to provide a step stool for someone that pulls up in a company pick up truck. I also never received a written quote from the contractor. It was only by mouth which can potentially lead to future pricing issues. I decided to give them some faith because of their good reviews online and signed up for the $150 service membership (Instead of the $99 1-time service fee otherwise), so I am out that money as well(I have not asked for a refund yet). I gave 2 stars because they did show up and he did educate me on some of the workings, but overall, not impressed.

This is not a legitimate business and many of these reviews appear to be from fake accounts.

This company didn’t finish the work that they started and once they have your credit card they charge you for things that you did not sign off on. Not only that, but they don’t do any of the required permits through the city. They don’t even have business cards.

Please beware of this company, as they are actively being investigated as a fraudulent business through the state.

The team from J&R Heating & Cooling were wonderful to work with and they did a great job! They installed a new furnace and AC unit in my home last week and everything went on very smoothly. They were very thorough, considerate, professional and courteous. Their prices were very competitive accompanied by warranties. I would definitely recommend J&R Heating & Cooling to all!

Very professional and wonderful service. I contacted this Company late in the evening when my furnace stopped working. A technician attended to the problem early the next day. I will definitely use J&R Heating & Cooling in the future and will also be recommending them.
