Nick Cass was so professional and knowledgeable about issues I was having with the water source to my outside spigots. He patiently walked me through his diagnosis & options to repair, then addressed it on the spot without needing to schedule another appt. I really appreciated his help and am so pleased with his work and the referral to Hoffmann Brothers that led to me scheduling them for the first time.

Justin Bennett answered the service call I made to Hoffman Brothers. He arrived on the same day I called, very timely. After describing the problem I was having with my Whirlpool water softener system, Justin not only got it going, he added the bug bag of salts, marked the water lines so I knew what to turn off next time it acts up so the whole house has water but bypasses the softener. He was great! Easy to understand, pleasant to work with. If I have another problem, Hoffman Brothers and Justin are who I will call.

Craig was very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. He went above and beyond to educate/inform me of my unit and was very helpful in ordering material. I had two technicians by the name of Rick and Nick. They were very professional, courteous and wore special slippers to not dirty my house floors. They unclogged a few drains inside and outside on today. They explained what they were doing as well as the recommended work which was sent immediately via email with my receipt and warranty after they were done. They were true to their price quoted. I would highly recommend this company.

Dan G. is great. He was patient and helped us set our thermostats and walked us through understanding our systems. Also, him willing to get up in our scary attic to get to our air handler deserves serious props! He also has called other resources within Hoffman bros to help us with other things that need attention such as duct work and plumbing issues. We appreciate having him as our HVAC maintenance guy!

We called Hoffmann Brothers at 8 am. By about 3:30 we had a new water heater completely installed. Matt was extremely helpful. Besides showing us several options and providing a complete cost for each, and then installing the unit, he answered all our questions throughout the process. Hoffmann Brothers installed new heating equipment in our house a few years ago. Both experiences were exceptional.

Jameson was great! He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly and just did a great job. Has a very pleasant attitude. Hope he will be our plumber again if we need one.
