James from Glenn Heating and Cooling was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me about services that I didn’t even know I was eligible for, and worked hard to find the answer to a problem we were having with our HVAC system. Not only did he answer the question, he showed me how to work the vents to get better airflow during the summer and winter months. I am very pleased with the service we received today.

James was very professional and provided great detail, even photos, of the issues with our A/C leaking water into the pan. Unfortunately the estimated cost of repair was very high. So we're checking with the installing company to determine if there is any warrantee to cover this. We wish Glenn Heating and Cooling had done the original install with this unit. The repair would have been free.

James was very efficient and competent. He did a very thorough check up and managed to find my AC problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable and completed the job within a very reasonable time. He was respectful of our property and very straight forward. This was one of the most efficient and professional service we've ever had. Thumbs up and keep it up!!!

So glad we hired this company! The techs were awesome. We knew we had a very old furnace, they gave us the option to repair or quoted us a new unit. We opted for the new one and it was installed two days later for our convenience. Very nice guys and honest business. Thank you.
