EXCELLENT. Anton’s is fantastic! I love this company. Not only are they prompt, professional and nice, they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. They left a clean work space and explained the equipment to me. I highly recommend this company. You will be pleased.

We have been customers of Anton’s air conditioning and heating for about 10 years now and for good reason. They always provide excellent and prompt service and their professionals are courteous and knowledgeable.

This was my first experience and was extremely pleased. John was superb. He took the time to explain the problems and solutions to my problem. He was friendly, professional and took the time needed when I had questions. The best AC service I have ever had.

The service technician was punctual polite answered all my questions explained how the new system works. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for heating and cooling work. Thanks to Anton’s we’re ready for the Midwest weather

Mike was so nice and professional. He kindly explained and showed me where my pipes had calcified and needed replacing, how the humidifier filter was damaged and needed replacing, and how my system will work much better with a replacement part and whole house water treatment. He gave 3 price options for how I could proceed with replacing parts and fixing things and I already booked them for the replacements and plumbing issue. He was easy to talk to, joked about his dogs, and was pleasant the whole time he was here. He got so much done in about an hour and I highly recommend Anton's and Mike in particular!

The initial installation work of the A/C and furnace was done by Feruk and Zach, but I was told they had received the wrong evaporator coil for the A/C. They used a different part to get me up and running, and said I'd get a call back in a few days to have the correct part put in. About a week later, I got a note from my financing company that the installation was complete. I called Anton's and was also told the installation was complete. I told them about the wrong part, and that as far as I was concerned the installation wasn't done. I got a call the next day that the part was on order and I would get a call when it was in to schedule the installation. After a few days, James and Jesse came out and put in the new part. Though I did have some grief with the confusion by the installation folks in the office, I was pleased with the quality of the work done by by the installation teams. I gave five stars for the installation and mostly good performance, in spite of the frustration I had with the false "installation complete" incident.

I was very impressed with Anton's HVAC, which installed an outdoor compressor and an indoor coil for my house. The installation crew (Faruk and Ricky) was efficient and thorough. The job was well done, and the crew fully cleaned up the area that they worked. Finally, everyone from the company was polite and responsive to all of my questions. I would definitely contract with the same company again.

Update (2023): Used Anton's services again to repair a leaky furnace. Entire inspection and repair conducted very well by Steve Meyer and quality of service was again excellent.

The heating and cooling technicians were professional, responsive, on time. They kept me updated as the repairs progressed. They picked up after themselves. Before they explained what was done and made sure all questions were answered.

I was very pleased with Anton. They did a good job of communicating with me. The technicians were professional and efficient. They did a terrific job installing our new system. I appreciate their efforts. Give them a bonus.

Mr. Wensel was considerate of my mask wearing and offered to put one on if it made me more comfortable. The service call did not take but a very short period of time. He was understanding and pleasant. A good spirited young man. Thank You.🙂
