Ryan and Rowdy were prompt and professional in servicing our heating system. Although it is a complex system, they identified the problems and made the appropriate adjustments. We thank them for their professional and efficient service.

We were extremely satisfied with the service and knowledge required to repair our AC system. Everything was done in a timely manner. We even signed up for the maintenance service provided twice a year!

Rowdy Zesati was our service technician. He did a great job. He was nice, courteous, and did the best job of any heating/air conditioning technician who has worked on our unit.

Rowdy fixed my new mini split head, which was making an annoyingly loud noise. He was prompt, courteous, thorough and patiently explained the problem and how he was fixing it. Great job, and the end result is a whisper-quiet system that doesn't overwhelm you when you are in the room. Thanks, Rowdy!

Edited to respond to company's response: I reassure you that this is the correct company. If you want to make things right, please contact Greg Lane and stop ghosting him. Your technician incorrectly installed their new unit and thus, they have had problems ever since. You refuse to respond to their calls even though it was your fault. Make it right.

Tech figured out Bob Hamilton put new furnace in last fall, and did not hook it up to the AC. Very good service from Heartland. Josh was excellent tech! Thank you!

Called on a cold Sunday AM and had someone to my house about an hour later. Great customer service and the technician showed us some extra things to make sure we understood some of the extras to do with our HVAC system.

The Heartland sales and installation team was prompt, cheerful, and efficient. They displayed a high level of knowledge about the Carrier system and its installation.

We have used them twice. They have been excellent both times and even worked with us to get here last minute when our heat went out on a very cold day and we have two toddlers at home. I have used other places before and not sure why I ever used anyone else!
