I had an inspection done on a water heater with a thermal couple issue. Charged $78.00 to tell me I needed a new water heater. Bid $1610. The thermal couple needed a cleaning. Still working great. I wish they would of tried that instead of telling me I needed a new one.

Austin was timely and professional, explaining what he was doing and offering advice on how better to maintain our HVAC equipment between AAA visits. Also arranged for a technician to pay a service call when he noticed a need to investigate a problem with another appliance which was not operating properly.

Have used this company for years and always trusted them, had great service and all service employees were courteous, good and efficient. Recently requested to have "support" added to an expansion tank on a water heater. Technician stated he could not do the support and ended up quoting $1,300 for a new one but in his opinion, we needed an entirely new water heater and expansion tank for $2,100. I did some googling on line and found that on average to install a new expansion tank would be upwards of $450. And when do sadle valves cost $283 each? and 3/4 shut off valves for $289? I think this is extreme?? I asked for, and received, the next day, a second opinion from a 4.9 star company. They provided the support on the tank I needed for less then $200 and no new tank was needed, let alone an entirely new water heater. Felt like I was being taken advantage of. This was very disappointing to me since I had used them for a lot of service over the years.

Sam is knowledgeable in his craft. After inspection he went above and beyond and cleaned the furnace afterwards. He also notified me of switch/emergency valves in case of emergency. Sam was on time and very professional. Well definitely contact him again

I have been using Triple A forever and have never had a bad experience. Their staff from the schedulers to the repair men are always friendly and professional. I have referred them to other people who always complain how expensive they are. I’m a preferred customer so a little cheaper for me but regardless I would pay more to get good service and dependability.

Jim was very knowledgeable and able to fix a complex plumbing issue in my home. By the way, I previously had another plumbing company come out to address the same problem that AAA Home Services ultimately repaired today. The other company mis-diagnosed the problem and their proposed repair didn’t seem to make sense. Based on the great online reviews for AAA Home Services, I had them come out to give me a second opinion. Jeremy with AAA Home Services provided a diagnosis that was consistent with my issues and ordered the necessary parts for Jim to make the repair. Even though the repair had the potential to be complex and costly, Jim’s skillfulness resulted in a straightforward and cost- effective repair that avoided the need to take a more costly alternative route. This was my first experience with AAA Home Services and based on their professionalism and expertise, they will be the FIRST company that I call to address any future plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair needs.

Just had an amazing experience with AAA Home Services. It was affordable and timely. Mostly impressed with the technician Stewart who spent time sharing his years of knowledge in a way I could totally understand. Sometimes as a female it is intimidating dealing with service techs because I may not know as much as a man. But when someone takes the time to explain things to me in a way I can understand it speaks volumes to me. I'm not a fan of paying big money to people who dont take the time to tell me why I need to pay it, outside of it is broken. My mother also used them this week and had a great experience as well. Will def recommend and use for future services!

He went out of his way to help out with my problems. We were caught in a difficult place where the original installer would not follow through with warranty repairs. He was very professional and did a great job (unfortunately for him, finding a poor repair from a different problem and company ).

Brian Keith called ahead before coming. He was early. Got right to the job and got it done quickly and professionally. He had another gentleman come but I can’t remember his name but he did a great job as well
