Cole was awesome! He showed up right on time with a text to let me know he was on his way. He thoroughly assessed the HVAC system and determined the cause of our AC not working. He came up with a plan to keep our AC working while we wait for a coil to come in for the AC repair. He was so nice, kindly explained the issues with pictures and details on how he could do the repairs. He worked quickly, efficiently and got our HVAC unit working again! Thanks Cole and Stay Cool!

I can not express how amazing this business is. They not only did a check up and cleaning and found small things wrong. They explained to me in detail what I needed but weren’t forcing anything on me.
My outside fan motor took a hit last night and they came out in less than 18 hours next day to have it all fixed up. If you need anything please call and have Stay cool help you out!

Highly recommend Stay Cool. Put off having my system checked out because of a horrible experience with Jerry Kelley a few years ago. Could not be happier with the service I received from Cole. These guys are professional and do great work. Most importantly, they don't charge you a fee to only come out and hard sell you a new system. I know I am going to need a new system soon, and glad to know these guys are out there and can be trusted.
