Rob and his team at Muller Mechanical are top-notch professionals. They did a great job replacing my heat pump and water heater. When I received my final bill, it was actually lower than the previous estimate I had received! Good prices, great service, trusted experts!

Muller Mechanical took very good care of us. We asked them to replace our furnace (which had been in our home since the 60's). Rob came out and looked things over, sat down with us and we had an estimate before he left (unlike some others we talked to). The two young men that came out were very respectful and work oriented. Never seen them laying down on the job. They got here around 9:00am and didn't leave till around 6:00pm that night. During this time they also installed our central air. Rob's brother came out and did the wiring and informed us of a few changes he needed to do to make us safe. Rob came out a couple days later to check over everything. We are very happy with the new furnace and have now gotten rid of all space heaters in the house. I will recommend Muller Mechanical to all our friends and neighbors. Good job Muller Mechanical. Horrible customer service. I'm guessing not a big enough job so no call back. I have to guess of course because they never called back. I talked to someone at their office/shop gave some info including my # and was told that the person who could help me would be calling me back ASAP. This was a Friday afternoon 90+ degrees out holiday weekend so Noone open Monday and my AC was not working and they don't even call back and still have never called back. Getting the system going was under $200 to limp it along waiting until it can get replaced, but replacement is almost $10k... not sure what the markup is in this biz but I'm guessing not making that call cost a few $$$

Fantastic service and loyalty. Have had Rob and Ron take care of our HVAC needs for nearly 10 years. Hot or cold, they have been quick to respond and take care of the issue within days if not hours. Honest and reliable.

Muller Mechanical is awesome! My hot water heater went out and they were there the same day and fixed the problem on the spot. I had previously used a "chain" mechanical service and the problem had never been resolved. Muller Mechanical was quick, friendly and efficient. They were prompt in returning my call and following up. I haven't had any problems since. They are my go-to service now. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Muller Mechanical. They were very professional and very reasonable. We have used them twice. The first time for a new water heater and the second time for a new furnace. If you are looking for a company with great ethics and reasonable pricing look no further!

Had a new furnace installed a couple weeks ago. Had a new water heater installed about a year ago. Very quick response time and installation. Didn't even realize I was eligible for a refund from the gas company until Mr.Muller handed me the paperwork to send in. Would highly recommend and will use again whenever needed.
