Good people of Google! It is 9:55pm, my temp is 75 degrees and it feels like winter to us because this is the coolest our home has been at 75 degrees all summer, actually in the last two summers. We had issues with the last guy to operate on our system, but Crestside came to evaluate and provided us with the best financial solution and quality service. Great service and communication, even from the receptionists and apprentices.

I’ve been using Crestside for 20 years. Had AC and furnace installed plus once a year service. Great service and price. I like that Crestside is a family owned company. Heat went out in the middle of the night on coldest day of the year. Called at 6:30am and they had a tech out by 8:00am.

I just had an entire HVAC system replaced and I couldn't say enough about this company. From getting a quote to getting it installed, give them a call. Crestside is the best hvac company in St. Louis. They just installed a new furnace in my home on 2/1. They were quick and each member of their staff was professional and courteous. I used Crestside's services at my previous house and at a previous employer. Each time I dealt with them I received the same great service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has hvac needs.

We have used Crestside since the 1970’s, when they put in our AC unit. In 2017 we again used them to put in a new AC and furnace. We had used their maintenance plan for both units because they kept everything in great running condition and alerted us to any issues. We just used them again March 2021 for help with putting vents in duct work in the basement as this past winter with the frigid temperatures we did not want to worry about pipes freezing in the future. Also we have a high humidity problem in the basement Jeff came out and assessed our situation and presented our options to take care of the problem. He doesn’t high pressure or try to sell you something you don’t need or that won’t help. We have found Crestside to be honest, dependable, punctual, courteous and have highly qualified staff to install whatever you need done. Allen was the one to come last week to do the work in our basement duct work and vents. I can’t say enough about the quality of his work. It looks great and he left the basement in tip top shape as far as for cleaning up goes. I didn’t have to do any cleaning up after he left!! He even secured things that were loose that I wasn’t aware of and there was no extra fee added. Crestside backs up their work and treats you like you want to be treated. My whole family uses Crestside because we have all had good experience with them for many years. You can’t go wrong with using Crestside.

Innovative solutions, and reliable techs! Crestside has been servicing our furnaces and Acs for 8+ years. I needed to relocate a compressor due to a remodel, and also to address some cooling issues. The OWNER came out and checked out my situation, and made some recommendations. I really liked what he had to say, and how he planned to solve the problems. Long story short, the crew relocated the compressor and lines which was impressive, based on what the owner recommended. The new installation is sleek, hard to see the lines, and the new system is much quieter. Overall, we have much more comfort with the new system too.
Incidentally, Crestside has been servicing our furnaces and AC for 10 years, now, and Larry is one of the best techs out there! Super professional and friendly. He also is courteous to cover shoes when rainy and to go the extra mile!

I’ve been using Crestside Heating and Cooling for about 20 years now and they've always been reliable and friendly. They keep the same technicians which is comforting. Jason has been the technician completing my spring and fall service for the last couple of years and he has been great. He explains everything in detail before he leaves the house. I had to call them after hours a couple of times over the years and they arrive within the arrival time they gave me. It is good to know I can rely on them when I need their service.

We purchased our hvac system from Crestside almost a decade ago. Didn't think to post a review til a man named Jason did a Spring maintenance check yesterday. They've been a great company to deal with, and Jason provided excellent service. He even showed me a video on his phone of how much pollen he removed from our outside unit. I'd highly recommend this company. We're also going to request Jason for our next service call.
