Jason is always prompt and courteous. Wipes his feet before entering the house. Makes sure the pets are away from the doors. Makes suggestions for helpful things and remembers his clients from year to year. I highly recommend Jason and Crestside Heating and Cooling

We have been using Crestside for close to 20 yrs.. Most of the time Dan is the service specialist that visits our home. He has been pleasant to talk with, and so efficient. Very happy with their service.

I walked in to buy a pert I thought I needed. They young lady that greeted me was very welcoming and professional; she got me someone that could help me. I explained what I was looking for and he called a service tech and had him drive back to the office. After waiting just a few minutes a service tech came in and asked a few questions and determined the part I was looking for is not what I actually need, he explained to me why he thought I was about to replace a good part, he then told me what part I needed and took the time to explain to me how to install the part. They had the part in stock and now my furnace is up and running. If you are looking for a HVAC tech that will be honest, helpful and are very knowledgeable, here are they are. Highly recommended.

I called because I’m experiencing a 6 degree difference between the temperature of my bedroom compared to my living room in December. The person who returned my call showed little empathy and did not offer to help. His diagnosis was that this difference is due to the distance from the furnace to the room. This distance is approximately 122 linear yards. No offer to set up an appointment to help me create a solution. I use this business for hvac checks each season. I think it is time to discontinue service with a company that has no apparent interest in helping a client.
