Design Aire Heating & Cooling

Talked to Steve @ 10:30. He was @ my house an hour later and 30 mins after that my A/C was working again. Highly recommend Design Aire. They were recommended to me & now I know why.

Very professional, courteous, honest, and responsive! Our furnace was tripping off and just blowing air and cycling over and over this morning. My wife called and managed to get an appointment for today. The technician Ryan was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about our problem and had it fixed quickly! We will be using Design Aire Heating and Cooling from now on!

I was able to get an appointment quickly. My tech, Josh, was kind and polite. He let me know exactly what he did on the maintenance of my furnace. He cleaned and vacuumed & also put in a new filter. He offered information on which kind and size of filters I should get. All in all, a great experience!

Service was great from the service technician that came to my home to evaluate my old equipment, and from the installers/techs who installed my new HVAC system. I am totally pleased with everything. Just a Great company.

The technician, as a follow-up precaution, re-examined my heating system and wall thermostat to make sure that the entire system was working properly. As before, the technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. A sense of comfort that the job would be completed to my satisfaction.

Jake did an awesome job installing my whole house humidifier. I have a tiny furnace closet and he did a very professional and attractive design of his own so it would fit. Ty and I’m so happy you guys will replace pad at my furnace maintenance appointment each year.

Technician arrived on time, we discussed the issue, and then examined the possible causes. The issue is not present today but I know what to look for if it recurs. Technician was very experienced and good at explaining the possibilities.
