Everything about Dunn is great from beginning to end! I work in a similar field and was super impressed with Erik. He was able to diagnose the issue and once parts were available, fixed my ac quickly. Erik is very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything. He was very polite and is just a nice guy. Thank you Dunn and Erik for helping my family stay cool.

Came out same day and sent an actual technician that can do work, not someone to do diagnostic then schedule another apt to get service. Will definitely use going forward. Tho hopefully I don't need to. Diagnosed and fixed in a couple hours! Farrell was very nice and professional.

OMG! Eric was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I will most definitely be asking if he available if I need anything else regarding my air unit. Very professional business they didn't waste my time like the others that never called back and prices were not bad either.

Got a targeted ad. Was skeptical. Checked Google reviews. Nearly 100% 5 stars. Still skeptical. Called them. Two hours later was face to face with Erik. Had a nice chat with the owner. Signed the deal. Two days later the AC is in and working well. The whole process was seamless. Nothing but good the whole way. So now I believe the stellar ratings.

Called them this morning and in less than 2 hours a repairman showed up and fixed all of my issues. Very professional and very thorough. Will definitely use this firm again!!!!

Dunn Heating & Cooling bought our prior HVAC company, so this was our first experience with their service. I was very happy with the service provided by the HVAC repair tech, Robert. He was friendly and worked efficiently and solved our issue quickly. Very happy with the quick turnaround time of the service call and the repair!

Spring maintenence service. Erik was the technician, and he was on time, neatly dressed, professional and friendly. He didnt mind answering questions and he explained what he was doing and why. Gave good recommendations on how to maintain system. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.
