Robert Fitzgerald was awesome!! Very nice and professional figured it out fast got it repaired on the spot under less than 30 minutes.. fastest ac repair we ever seen…a condenser was out All I can say is .. fast repair , Efficient, professional , knowledgeable. All around Great Job . Only downfall was a no show at emergency call last night we have 3 immune compromised people in home two whom are in their 80’s one who has real bad lungs … but Hey They lived through it .. even though the elderly complained a lot.. we did go out and bought Portable units to be safe and protect my household in case, and glad we did .. still gave 5 stars even though because was very prompt and professional repaired faster than I thought and the price was better than what was quoted late last night

Decided to recall Jt Dunns out to .give a quote the fix helped keep it cooler they did last visit
So we decided a trabe is the way to go and really liked Mr Fristzgerald he was honest and explained everything and when we asked if it was his home his money what would he do and first time I w ever seen an honest person in a long time. That in it self sold me and my husband to go with them even though we had two other cheaper quotes Integrity means a lot with us in doing business transactions and we both sensed this was the company to go with. We shall see how install goes be back to add more😃

Farrell explained the work done and advised of maintenance needed. He was informative and gave an honest assessment of the a/c system. I will recommend this company to my neighbors for their heating and air conditioning needs.

Had both furnaces and water heater replaced by them. Brett was very patient and professional in answering all questions related to the products. Install team was very professional and courteous. There was a small issue with the install which was rectified the same day by Nathan even though it was after hours.

They old school professionals. If you don’t like these people you don’t like no one. Very observant to detail, respectful, and comments are conducive to the product they install. They installed a a/c and furnace, so contractual agreement is they maintain the unit, and they do! I like a company who has individuals who care about what they do, they love their job. High technology, or new technologies the unit is and comes with quality technicians to help you understand tohave a efficient running system. The whole company , from phone calls to the house visit ,educated. I’m not getting paid to say this , these people are REAL. If you need a new company to trust , this is it! Yep.
