He identified a broken filter system that we weren’t aware of and replaced it, identified the source of a Freon leak and fixed it, and was very thorough and knowledgeable explaining what he was doing, what the problems were, the troubleshooting process, and the repairs. We just moved into a new house a few months ago in the South Hampton neighborhood with a roughed in attic. There was no electrical up there which meant there was no heating and cooling which would be a huge issue during summer and winter months if we were to finish the floor. As a result we reached out to Seliga as they were local and had a long history of doing work in the area. We could not be more pleased that we did as it was really nice to work with John Killian and his team. He came over and walked us through our options and we ended up going with two ductless mini splits along our knee walls. With limited space in the ceiling and diagonal attic walls this made the most sense and we would have never got to that point without John and his team. Not only that, they came out and installed both units and the condenser in just two days and left no mess behind. We are really happy with the look of the new units and they did an absolutely awesome job installing them (which took some innovative work around running new electrical out to the condenser from the basement)! We personally can't wait until everything is finished and we can start using them in the summer months ahead. Also, the units are insanely quiet. If you are looking for a quick and honest team you cannot find much better than Seliga.

Seliga is a great company. my furnace went out and they responded with in a couple of hours. Their technician Kyle was super informative and nice very thorough with the explanation and educating us on our new thermostat great company from the office person answering the phone to the smile of the technician.
would highly recommend them five stars. Kyle was great.

It was a pleasure working with Seliga. When my AC Unit went out, they were prompt to arrive and the tech, Brad thoroughly explained the diagnosis. They were able to come back out quickly and install the new unit. Billy and Lawson installed the new unit and a new thermostat quietly while I worked in the other room. Very pleased with their level of service.

Due to a gas leak in our house, we didn’t have heat or hot water over Christmas weekend. I called multiple companies who either didn’t return messages or couldn’t get anyone out for weeks. Seliga was able to send someone the day after I called. Tech arrived promptly and was able to fix the hot water heater. I knew before he looked at it that I would need to replace the boiler soon, and when he showed me everything that was wrong with it and that it was unsafe to use, I had no problem saying yes to a new one. They were able to schedule the installation in two days. I am so thankful to this company for their service and professionalism. Highly recommend!
