We needed a crew to come out to run a gas line for our gas log set. They sent Jerry very unprofessional and had no idea what he was doing. He literally cussed out my wife and father-in-law with my 3 year old son there. Do not use him. If they send him out request someone else.

I called bc the blower decided to quit working on my AC right as we moved into a heat advisory. I was told Thursday or Friday was my expected time of service. I expected some sort of phone call before hand since this was MONDAY! Something to let me know when to be expected home! I received ONE PHONE CALL apparently before he was arriving. I was at work, couldn’t answer my phone right then. So no further attempt was made to contact me. I had to call current myself to find out what was going on. I was recommended current by many friends and was expecting at least some sort of service. What was I expected to do, sit at home all day Thursday and Friday waiting to see if this person shows up. There was no communication. Now I’m looking for real help. Maybe it should be POLICY, to actually SCHEDULE the service with a time and date! Would have saved a lot of frustration and confusion.

Current Inc. replaced my home HVAC unit. I had issues with the unit and they sent out Lester. He made sure he was local for me during the times that my new system was malfunctioning and fixed the problem for me all at no charge.

I was having problems with my air-conditioner so I called current and they sent someone right over, he had to order a part but he ordered it that day and it came in fast and he very quickly got my air-conditioner fixed within a the next day. Thank you current! Very pleased with how they handled everything so I will definitely will be using these guys again when I need it! They are friendly and they make sure the job is done right!

During a recent snow / ice event here in West Plains the furnace in my rental went out over the weekend. I called on Saturday, left an emergency message as directed. NO CALLBACK
A friend got it somewhat going that Sunday, but it went out again on Thursday.
Like a fool, I called Current again and left an emergency message as directed. NO CALL BACK. I called Friday morning and was told the repairman had the work order and would be out that day. HE NEVER SHOWED UP.
Finally Sunday I called COULTERS out of Willow Springs at 7:30AM, they had a repairman out within 2 hours! The furnace was fixed and the price was very reasonable.
The temps during this time were as low as minus 0.
So, no I won’t be calling Current again.

Excellent service from these guys, Saber and Chris who installed my new system. Great guys, professional and very accommodating. This is a super company. I love my new Mini-split heating and air conditioning set up.

Said they would provide internet service then called me a day later when they were to come install the equipment to say they could not provide service most of my neighbors have their service but would not provide internet to me I am a handicapped senior and need the internet for health reasons

I've had internet from these guys for the past 3 months. Where I live we only have CenturyLink and when they say you get 40mbs a second you really get 20 to 25. But for as long as I've been using current I've had a pretty much consistent 40mbs. When I have problems they always answer and have really good customer service. I have literally contacted them at 2 in the morning with issues and they even replied and helped me with my issues. I would definitely recommend I have told a lot of people about them and they should switch. I also run 3 xbox 1 and a gaming pc on it and they have very little lag issues.
