Aire Serv of Omaha

We have been having issues with our unit since December. They came out to "fix" our heat pump. We had an issue a couple weeks later so we called another company. They wouldn't even touch our unit because Air Serv left wires disconnected and unfinished. It is now April and we needed our AC with our indoor temp being uncomfortable and now our unit won't turn on at all. We can't even get another company to come finish the job because of liability. I would highly suggest another company.

Hands down the worst phone experience I have ever had in my entire life. The woman on the phone was dismissive and flippant.

I have a home owners warranty, to which this apparently is the only company they have contracted in my area.
When I dared question the person about how long it was going to take to get a technician out to my house (OVER A MONTH for the curious). When I displayed my concern about the matter to her and about the fact my wife is 7 months pregnant and cannot be in 90 degree heat for that long, I was interrupted by her only to hear "call 2-10" to which I replied "excuse me ?" (I don't hold the warranty so I have no idea the company is called 2-10) to which she replied, you can call 2-10 I'm not making any appointments for you and hung up the phone on me.

Hire someone else to answer the phones. She is literally the only reason for this entire problem.

Repeated Dishonesty

We had Aire Serv dispatched by our AHS home warranty to fix an AC problem. Our condenser unit outdoors was dead. We'd already had this diagnosed and knew what was involved.
They said it was covered, but that we would need almost $1000 worth of not covered modifications to wiring and duct work .
That made no sense.
We confirmed with the original company and then contacted AHS.
In the interim, Aire Serv called and said they had the unit and needed to complete the repairs within a week as per the warranty policy.
Of course that turned out to be a lie.
AHS suggested that they would have another company look at it.
Aire Serv called again demanding that the repair be completed. When they were told that a second company would be looking at the project on behalf of AHS, they flipped and said they were out.
As expected, the second repair firm confirmed that their estimate was fraudulent.
Avoid them at all costs.

Technician was on time, honest & professional.

I use the 2-10 Homeowners Warranty service and have been having issues with my AC unit. Being it is the height of summer and I have a 3 month old infant in my house I am anxious to get the problems fixed. Aire Serv accepted the order twice, and cancelled it twice. This has only prolonged the issue and makes me question why this company would sign up with a program like 2-10 if they have no intentions of following through with that commitment.

This company is awful. They supposedly fixed a problem, which I paid for, and came back when it was clear that they hadn’t actually fixed the problem. I wasn’t supposed to pay a dime the second time because I’d already paid them. The women running the show yelled at me over the phone and instructed the maintenance guy to remove parts from my furnace. She said they would not return the parts or put my heater back together until I gave them $100. This all happened in front of my young child.

Update: it’s been two days since this horrible experience (I ended up paying them bc I was desperate) and my furnace has stopped working all together.

Scammers.

They were wonderful! Very nice. Jeff, the technician, was wonderful! So polite and truly knew what he was talking about. Thanks for the great service!

I have a friend who is out almost $90.00 for nothing done from this company. The company gave misleading information about her A/C unit. Thankfully there are people still in this world who still good work for a good cost. This company not being one of them!

I would never use this company after seeing her ac unit and knowing nothing was done. All it needed was cleaned out.... This never being advised to her, rather they just told she needed a new unit. 1 1/2 hours and she is back to having a cooled down house. In temps like these I'm just glad her whole unit didn't blow up!!

If you are wanting good honest service I would highly go somewhere else

We woke up in the morning to discover our heat was off. We called our usual a/c and heating company but they were all booked. Luckily, we went online and found Aire Serv. We are so happy we called them! The women who scheduled us was friendly and efficient. The technician who came to our home was also friendly and more importantly professional. He fixed our issue that day. Then the next day he called us to make sure everything was still good. Outstanding!!

Justin is totally awesome! He is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and answers all questions. I feel fully confident about his skills, his ability to service the equipment and keep them in excellent working order.
