Complete Comfort Heating And Cooling

We have used Complete Comfort for years! Incredible company and all their techs are so helpful. We primarily have Chad do our service calls and he is so awesome! They always come on time, always explain what they are doing, always cleanup, always respectful, always friendly! We will never do business with anyone else, and they’re expertise with geo thermal is amazing!

Our technician, Josh, was scheduled to visit between 12 and 2 PM. He arrived almost an hour EARLY, after first calling to ensure I would be available.
He spent time researching the problem. He made sure I was aware of alternatives and costs associated with the fix. Josh was very conscientious and courteous throughout the entire visit - he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
Although no one wants to have AC issues and pay for associated repairs, I am confident he was honest and very competent in assessing and solving my issue.

I had the pleasure of having Josiah and Jake come help me figure out what was wrong with my hvac unit and they were extremely efficient and very clear and communicative about the entire process. They were able to diagnose it and repair it so quickly which alleviated all of my concerns. I really appreciated how prompt and polite they were and would 100% recommend them to anyone that needs any sort of hvac work or assistance, absolutely wonderful service!!

We added a bedroom suite in the loft of our century old carriage house. In getting bids, we were told a mini-spit would not provide enough heat in the winter and we would need auxiliary heat. Jeff suggested it would be adequate. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! This winter the loft and our garage was as cozy as it could be. No complaints from our Bed and Breakfast customers. The team at Complete Comfort worked with us to design and install a closed loop geothermal system in 2014. We have had zero issues and the techs come out twice per year to do preventative Maintenance. I especially appreciate the thoroughness and detailed communication. Josh was on site recently and did an excellent job as usual.

Josiah was very helpful and informative and took the time to explain to us why our furnace wasn't working. Quickly got an appointment, even during one of the coldest weeks!

DJ was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and on time! Our a/c was running great by the end of his visit!

A service that does the work when they say they are, stands behind the customer needs, professional, always happy to help and truly providing exceptional service. I also love they don't try and sell you stuff you don't need. When they leave your HVAC area looks better then it did before. Thank again team for all the help with my Air Bear and Dehumidifier. And thank you to the owner for taking care of my family needs and training your staff to do the same!

We have used Complete Comfort several times over the years. Today our service tech was Josiah - he is awesome! He is very courteous and got right to work. He solved our problem and explained everything very thoroughly. I like that their service techs use iPads to process the documentation and take payment. Very efficient and paper-free. We will keep using COmplete Comfort for all of our HVAC needs.
