Getzschman Heating

Getzschman was prompt (less than 4 hours!) in getting someone to look at the unit. He did have to come back early the next day due to the coil being frozen and had to thaw. When the technician Pat came back, he was very professional and let me know exactly what parts he had to replace and things he had to do to get the ac working again! Would recommend their services to anyone.

Update to the previous post:
After replacing the parts I was informed that the compressor was not preforming as it should and if it does not cool as intended; more than likely the unit would have to be replaced. Several hours later, temperature did not go below 82°. They came back that night and of course the compressor was bad. The very next day, Getzschman was able to sent a representative, Tim Horak, whom was very professional, on time and also seemed to be compassionate about me already having to spend almost $500 and the unit and it still did not work, and told me that he would deduct the amount already spent from the purchase price of a new unit. 2 days later, Micheal and Blake that arrived to install the new unit, seemed to be knowledgeable and respectful of our property; throughly explained what I could expect and approximately how long it would take to complete the install. I was able to leave and they called me right about the time they said they would finish, allowing me time to travel back home to pay them for their work, if after inspecting and I was satisfied. Even though this was not what I was expecting to have to purchase to fix the problem; it is life and the transaction could not have been any more professional or gave me more a peace of mind with my purchase. I would recommend this company to anybody without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of having Brad Johnson from Getzschman G Force come this morning for the plumbing issues I had. Brad was prompt, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. What I really appreciated is he took his time. We discussed the issues. He gave me several options and showed me the different price points. He was very patient and kind. He worked so efficiently and was good to clean up after his work too! He repaired and replaced things in three areas for me. I am super pleased with all of them!!!

Tim was professional and courteous. He presented numerous options and applied no pressure in allowing us to choose what was the best solution for our home. The prices were very competitive and the trust he built made the decision to use Getzschman an easy one. He was also very considerate in setting a timely installation appointment, while helping to keep us cool until the new installation could be completed. I highly recommend Tim and GHAC.

Tyler was great! He showed up promptly, knew exactly what was wrong with our air conditioning unit, patiently explained the replacement part to me, and fixed the problem quickly and easily. After a miserable night with a hot house, we were so grateful for the excellent service during such a busy time for AC companies. This was our first experience with Getzschman and it was a good one. We will definitely call them again. Thanks, Tyler…you were our hero today.

I have used you all for years however this year (2023) I have had two "not great" experiences, 1) being mislead on a bid, and 2) during the regular maintenance package servicing.
Luckily I was watching what the tech was doing (by chance) and having previous experince I called him out as the manner in which he was servicing the unit, which was with the least amount of effort as possible, skipping steps. The tech corrected his behavior luckily.
I have learned that at times values shift the bigger companies get. I wonder if this is true here also unfortunately? I loved working with you and hope to continue to. My advice currently is second guess what your being told and follow up to ensure service and price is preformed according to industry & competitive standards.

Sean installed a water softener with a triple bypass and did an excellent job. He was on time, professional and explained everything. I highly recommend this company.

Tim Cudd and the gentleman with him did a awesome job on the work I had done at my house. Friendly and courteous. G-Force is a great company and I will continue to use them.

Completed on the 1st day of HVAC replacement.. New furnace and A/C install completed the next day..
I love that they clean up after themselves and left the house warm (72degrees) and inviting when I arrived from work..

Women beware. I am heartbroken by the way these Getzschman men treated me. They tell my husband everything and ask for him only. They didn't give eye contact the three days your employees were here. Even after telling your employees my husband has MS and didn't remember any instructions given to him the day before. I set the new system up. I told your chauvinistic employee this and he still asked to speak to my husband. Your dude left a note saying commission is not included we have to schedule with you. What does that mean, because he didn't tell me. Hidden costs to make a $17, 000. System to work? I'm the one who hired you. Yep, a woman. Now, guess whose money? This request for a Review is under my husband's gmail. It should have been sent to me. You need to hire more women. Boo on all of you. I had a doctor here this morning from 11am to 3 pm and I had to turn their music down only for them to turn it back up and talk so loud downstairs I couldn't hear her. Poorly behaved men. Shameful!

Jeff and Sergio were prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. They did an outstanding job in removing old appliances and installing a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Very pleased with all aspects of the experience.
