Cannot praise Matt enough! My PTAC has had problems since last summer; we have been suffering! It was getting up to 86 in here on a 90 degree day the other week! Had another company out last year; they told me “all good” but nothing was better. So glad we called Indoor Climate, Matt spent much longer than the previous technician giving a thorough examination of my unit, and found the problem the other company missed. So grateful! The air is ice cold now. Thank you!

Andy did an excellent job for me. I called him for a second opinion after Burton's fix for a missing wire on my AC was a new AC system for $5,000 (when I was displeased, Burton sent out a second tech who miraculously could now fix the wire for the new low price of $500). Andy fixed my problem in less than 20 minutes and for a fraction of the price. I'd highly recommend him.

Had my home warranty issue my service for this company. When they got to my house (after calling multiple times that day to make an appointment) they found the issue with my AC/furnace which was leaking coolant. So then I asked him what the next step would be. He went and sat in his vehicle for about 20 minutes and told me that he sent all the information to my home warranty company and that they would get back to me the next day and figure out what they would cover to fix it. He then asked for the $100 deductible which I paid. The next day HMS called me and said they needed a second opinion on the issue and said that another company would be calling me to set up an appointment to come out and look/test my AC unit again. I asked them why they needed to do this which they responded with "the original company couldn't repair the coil in my furnace which ran my AC." So after he saw what he would be dealing with he still took my $100 knowing that he wouldn't be able to repair/fix my issue in the first place as soon as he stepped into my home. Now I have to deal with another company and start over with this process. I would give a half star rating if possible and wouldn't recommend this company to fix any issues with your home. Let alone a tree house air conditioner if you have one. Poor customer service.

Andy is fantastic! I rent and the homeowners have a warranty company. My furnace stopped working on Friday. The warranty co couldn't get anyone out. I called around and NO ONE will work with them. Well...one company, but they were too busy & wanted to come out tuesday. By saturday evening I was fed up, freezing & called Andy, who explained WHY he won't work with warranty companies anymore (hope you get paid by them soon but don't hold your breath after 2 years), and said he'll come, check it out but will not call the warranty co. Fine by us! Matt came Sunday in the snow & ice and although he couldn't fix it til Monday gave me advice on the space heaters. My Landlords ended up paying out of pocket but it was worth it since one of my kids is now sick from being without heat for 4 days. Monday night it stopped working again. Matt came out while the "other" company from the warranty company was trying to schedule an appt to come out Wednesday or Thursday. It turned out to be a loose wire in an area he didn't even work in! They did not charge me anything!! I HIGHLY recommend these guys and if you have a home warranty, I highly recommend you stop throwing your $$ away and put it in an account that accrues interest. Home warranty companies want heavy discounts from the people they contract to do work but will only let band aid fixes be done!! This furnace should have been replaced 5 yrs ago but Cinch Home Services, Inc would rather take money, pocket it, and screw over homeowners. And btw, Matt is to now be known as the God of Heat & Warmth!!

Great customer service, on time and organized. Had an issue and they were there the same day, after dealing with other companies that said it would be a day or two before they could get out. Would definitely recommend, Andy and his boy definitely know what they are doing when it comes to any heating and air issues.

Wouldn't stand behind their work.
I had these guys out to fix my AC less than a couple weeks ago because my HVAC system wasn't blowing any cold air and because it was the vendor that my home warranty company assigned to the job. When the same exact problem reoccured they gave me the run around that they wouldn't be able to be out for another 10-14 days. They took my money, did a subpar job, and when their supposed "repair" failed they refused to come back in a timely fashion because they knew they weren't getting anymore money.
