Great people. They showed up before scheduled time. They were quick. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Sunday night we noticed water leaking from our AC unit. Given we had a bad experience with our previous HVAC company I looked for a new one. I called Heat Pro and they made me an emergency appointment for 8am Monday morning (next day). HeatPro showed up on time and we’re able to locate the problem. I will be a customer of theirs going forward.

Very happy with HeatPRO. After our install of our new boiler we have had some issues, no the fault of Heat PRO but our old house systems. Each time the they responded within 24 hours and got the job done within the day of or within two days. Each time have been very patient and kind. I reached out about getting a service done. While it did take some time to get a response the response I got was professional and honest. He didn’t do any work for me, but saved me over $200 in work that didn’t need to be done. I think these days finding a honest professional that does a trade that is so needed is hard to come by. Thank you for your time and walking me through my mini split. Your number is saved and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs work done by an honest man.

Highly recommend this service, I was recommended by a friend and couldn't me more thankful that I took her advice. Service offered to come early due to a cancellation and showed up promptly. They worked diligently and efficiently to clean and service our furnace. They were a life saver! The cost was reasonable, the people were very friendly, I highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC service!

Garrett the technician was exceptionally quick and professional.They had the part that nobody else had in stock and since the part was a little more on the expensive side given that it was hard to find, they were very reasonable about keeping the labor charges to a minimum. They were exceptionally fair, exceptionally friendly, and went out of their way to make sure that any of the messy work was done inside of the bench in their work van so they did not mess up my floor. I would recommend them again

Wonderful experience! Our hot water heater went (was 30yo) and HeatPro came to the rescue. Very attentive, great communication and speedy service. They installed a top notch new system for a very reasonable price. I feel lucky to have found them!

We've only been using HeatPro for a short time but I've got to say I'm so happy they were recommended to us. We woke up this morning with no heat and Chris was out here ASAP. He happened to have the part in his truck and had the furnace up and running in no time. We struck gold with HeatPro! Our furnace is quite old and HeatPro is the only company I would feel comfortable with to replace it. Thank you Chris for coming to our rescue on a very cold Sunday morning! You're the best!

Worked with them on a failed hot water heater. They were responsive and professional at first, then became impatient with my due diligence and alternatives evaluation. Although they knew I was without hot water for weeks, they would not return my calls. I fully intend to take my business elsewhere. I give you 2 stars only because you were responsive/ professional at first, but there are better contractors out there. Feel free to contact me to discuss and I may consider updating my review.

Ryan came and serviced our heating system. Checked for any problems and happily found none. Nice person, very professional!
