I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! They installed a four unit mini-split system. The process and people from the initial consultation, to financing and installation were professional, friendly, and helpful. Collin and his team of installers were very neat, wearing shoe coverings every time they came into the house and gave daily updates on the status of the project. I highly recommend Paul The Plumber for any of your future projects!!

I am having new countertops installed and needed to have the plumbing disconnected including the antique / hardwired dishwasher. Adrian was outstanding. He LISTENED to what I needed done and made excellent recommendations. I strongly recommend Paul the Plumber.

Jess was very, very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to what needed to be done! It was pleasant to have him in my home. He provided me with what absolutely had to be done (the bare minimum) as well as what would be best to not have a foreseeable issue. He was well prepared well knowledgeable and I cannot thank you enough Jess for everything you did.

We recently had 3 ductless mini splits installed in our tri level home in Hampton. Paul the Plumber was an amazing company to work with for this project! They were kind, communicative, professional, informative and more than I expected. Every evening before the service techs came out you receive a reminder text and you also get an estimated article time with tracking on the day of. A big plus is you get a picture of the tech who is coming out so, you know who to expect! Awesome addition to the experience! Our house is an interesting set up and they were able to provide all the options for getting the work done and solving our little mini split puzzle. We used all floor mini splits that will be primarily used for cooling the whole house! We can’t wait for the warmer months! Thank you Paul the Plumber!

When Chris came back out for the inspection he was friendly, professional, on time and asked me multiple times if I had any additional questions on the units. I continue to call Paul the Plumber for any and all of the services I can and can’t recommend them enough.

First time using this company but it won’t be my last. I needed a new spigot and shut off valve for my back yard and ended up replacing both spigots plus a new hot water tank. Thank you Mike E for showing me that my hot water tank was in rough shape (30 years old)! He did not push a sale on me but showed me the potential hazards. I decided it was best to get it done. Mike was polite and professional. I purchased this home last year and knew it needed work. Mike went through items that may need to be worked on next. He is sending me an estimate of each one. Thank you again!!!

Mark showed up at the time he said he would be here. He was very professional and took the time to answer our questions. He took measurements of the spaces we were interested in having units installed and checked our electrical service to make sure they were compatible. He gave us a full quote and even discussed the different financing options. Both the cost of the units, which included installation and removal of the old unit, and financing options were very affordable. Over all Mark was very knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive to all of our questions.

I would definitely recommend Paul The Plumber. Caleb and Andrew arrived on time to replace a leaking hot water heater. A text message was sent notifying me they were on their way. I appreciated this very much.
Caleb and Andrew did an outstanding job installing a new Rinnai tankless water heater. I feel they went above and beyond completing the removal and new install. Caleb was very professional as he answered any and all questions throughout the morning.
The guys completed the project in a neat and timely manner. When finished, they cleaned up the work space before leaving.
I will continue using Paul The Plumber for any future plumbing or HVAC needs.

Absolutely recommend Paul The Plumber! A technician was out the same day I called in, and Julian was able to diagnose the leak almost instantly! We had outdated shower valves and Julian was able to provide us with a new and improved shower! So pleased with the promptness and the customer service received.

Colby A - was very professional. He was timely, well mannered and completed our annual plumbing and cooling agreement efficiently. He answered our questions and replaced our expansion tank that was failing on our water heater.
It’s always a pleasure to see him arrive for any of our plumbing needs.

Ben was fantastic. Within minutes he was able to determine and fix the problem with our air conditioner. He shared useful information about the thermostats we had installed a few months ago, and offered to check the condenser outside. He gave suggestions for yearly upkeep to keep it running well!
