Paul The Plumber

My pressure tank had failed and I was able to get Colby from Paul the Plumber out to my house to fix the issue. Colby was knowledgeable, efficient and helped answer the many questions I had. Within 3 hours of arrival Colby had identified the issue, picked up a new tank and installed it. I will be using Paul the Plumber again and if possible request that Colby be the one to come out. Thank you again Colby!!!

The work is not fully complete, but from the moment Seth came to the site he was professional, very pleasant and explained in detail what he saw, and what he plans to do. A couple more team members came out and they were also very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I am looking forward to continuing the work with PTP. I understand why they are so highly rated!

Highly recommend this place. Had our water tank leak and call for first time and they came out same day. Mike E. and Tyler showed up and did such a great job and fast repair. Colby was fantastic and did a great job but unfortunately was unable to complete the job. This was of no fault of Colby. He was great and did everything he could but I still need a new radiator because I didn’t know there was a crack.

Eric was very professional. He explained everything he needs to do and tried to explain why it was so expensive. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend him.

Installed new water heater. Mike E and Tyler inspected previous heater (which was no longer functional) Mike recommended a better quality heater, had it delivered and installed same day. Cleaned up after themselves quite throughly. Also did a quick inspection when they noticed leakage around the washer/dryer area and recommended attending to that in the near future. Very through and professional.

Mike E. helped fix our hot water issue. He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable about what the issues were in our home. He helped fix our hot water problem, installed a new filter system, and fixed our water heater and shower valve. He took the time to explain what he was doing and left instructions for future preventive maintenance. We will be using them again for any future needs!
