Everyone was great. They were professional, cordial, informative and did a great job cleaning up behind themselves. It was a pleasure having them install my unit

David did an excellent job. I called me to let me know when he would arrive. Was very careful when cutting my counter top to make a kitchen sink fit, very professional. He cleaned everything up and fully tested for leaks and performance I will highly recommend heritage and David whenever possible. Thank you.

We had a new A/C system installed 3 years ago. It has had some recurring issues. HOWEVER… the service department has been incredibly attentive, respectful, sympathetic, professional, fair and patient. Today, Aaron and Paul came out, on time, examined the system and explained the issue at hand, in great detail…because I want details.. Not only did they get the problem fixed, but I am left very confident that they will return if the problem happens again. Despite the need for service on a relatively new system, I will still recommend Heritage. Problem aside, this new system is way more efficient and quiet than the previous system, and, on advise of the installer, we downsized the system. We got quotes from three companies. Heritage was the only one that advised us that smaller units would suffice, and they were right.

Jason was professional and friendly and made sure we understood what was being done to determine the cause of the leaking air conditioning unit along with cost estimates based on various potential causes of the problem. I'm enjoying a cool home now and hoping the rest of the repair goes well after we find the leak. Great service!

Aaron S. was great...called to let us know he was coming and showed up on time. Great with the pets and considerate of our home and best of all, knew what he was doing and clearly explained pros and cons of our options. Heritage not the least expensive but they hire good professional people, do what they say they are going to do and get it done right the first time!

Heritage saved the day for us. Jason installed a well pressure tank for us and did a fantastic job. He assessed the job, figured out the quote, and presented it all in a very professional manner. The job was done efficiently and completely. We appreciate the manager allowing us to be serviced (we are slightly outside of their service area). One of the hardest things about scheduling work of just about any kind is getting a timely response. From the minute I reached out to Heritage, they were responsive and had tools in place that made my experience easy and seamless. From online booking to virtual appointments to quick responses from the office to schedule the work, I can’t complain. They made it quick and easy. As for the work itself, it was done today and the technician was professional and did the work quickly and neatly. I worked with both Andy and Dave from start to finish and will definitely be reaching out again in the future when I have another project.

Derek was very professional and he offered several estimates for faucet replacements and plumbing repairs and upgrades. He was respectful of my home in his level of maintaining cleanliness while doing his job. I am beyond satisfied with the service I received and will highly recommend Heritage Home Services. Joshua arrived on time, gave me an estimate and performed all of the work while being informative and keeping everything neat and well protected.

Joshua Rudolf did a thorough job diagnosing a drainage / sewage injector pump that was not kicking in. Not only did he take care of the major clog inside the pump prevent the float from rising, but he also did some additional electrical diagnostic to make sure everything was still running well and mechanically sound - I was expecting that it was time to replace it, as its been there for nearly 20 years, but so far, so good!

He had some recommendations and good observations. He did a great job, and the customer service was spectacular - not to mention he was fun to talk to. I know my old house has lots of issues and some future plumbing problems, so believe it or not, I'm looking forward to having him and his colleagues back, as I trust he can assess, fix and improve on the many plumbing and heating quirks in in my house.
