I reached out on a Sunday evening about a problem with my boiler and Tom E was at my house before noon the next day to take a look at what was going on. The team from Heritage took the time to hear what my problem was and immediately identified the causes and got working on a fix. Within an hour and a half everything was fixed and ready for use again. I can’t give them high enough praise for their responsiveness, professionalism, and for walking me (someone who knows next to nothing about boilers) through what they doing. This was a great experience.

John will only use Jason Gilligan for our work on our Rinnai system.He is professional, committed to finding our problem and timely. We appreciate his dedicated work on the problem we are having now. And he is a very nice person to do business with. All in all we are very satisfied because of Jason.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Heritage. Everyone we worked with was professional, tidy, polite, answered our questions, asked the right questions so we were happy with our decisions and followed up on everything. We signed the contract at 7 pm and they came the next day to start!

I like using Heritage for all my AC, heating, and electrical work. They are prompt , easy to reach, and reliable. They can be a bit pricey depending on the service but they do really good work.
