I recently used Pettigrew for my annual furnace maintenance. Mack the technician was great. He not only cleaned my system, but pointed out an issue that could lead to a heating problem. Mack was very courteous and neat. You would have never known he was there. Thanks Mack!

Pettigrew was fantastic. Thank you so much to Mike, Tony, Kyle, John, Karen, Eric, and Travis who all were part of the Pettigrew team who did a wonderful job on our rehab. We added a brand new bathroom and renovated and changed floor plan on an existing bathroom. Mike, Tony and Kyle did so much work for us with those! They showed up promptly, were responsive, with good communication, did excellent work, and cleaned up nicely. Always friendly too. Karen and Travis were a pleasure to work with over the phone. Eric moved some HVAC pipes for us, and was always cheerful with a can-do attitude. Eric also got that done for us in a very timely manner which helped a lot with timing one of the other parts of the job. John, I appreciate you getting that all done for us. We will definitely be calling Pettigrew again for future work. Thank you all again for being reliable professionals. Admirable company.

Johnny McKenzie(Mac) was great!! He helped identify our issue and travelled to get the part we needed late in the day knowing a storm was coming. He was pleasant, did great work, and we will certainly request him when we need Pettigrew again.

I had a problem with the toilet seat in my home. I called Pettigrew and was told that they had a plumber, named Trevor, unexpectedly become available. They asked if I they could immediately dispatch Trevor to my home. I agreed.
Trevor promptly arrived. He then investigated the problem and gave me 2 options. I made my choice and Trevor was able to fix my toilet seat better than it was before, all in space of 45 minutes.

Can't be more pleased.

Tyler and his crew installed an LG minisplit heat/airconditioning unit at our home in Cape Neddick ME. The unit has two wall mounted consoles to cool/heat two bedrooms.

The crew arrived on time, with all needed parts for the install. Tyler clearly described the work planned and any options we needed to pick on the install to deal with the layout of our house. The crew then very efficiently proceeded to install the system. They performed a large amount of work, very professionally, in 8 hours spread over two days. My wife remarked how much work the crew performed in those 8 hours. The system worked as promised and will solve my cooling/heat problem in the two bedfrooms.

Eric, the manager of this division for Pettigrew, sold us the system. Eric was very knowledgeable and informative about our options and followed through before during and after the install. I received three estimates for this job and Pettigrew was the lowest.

Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Steve and the rest of the team are the most professional crew I have had working on my house since moving to the Seacoast 3 years ago. Nothing is too much trouble, and unlike other companies, no job is too big for them. The responsivness, quality of work and value aloing with their absolute professionalism is outstanding.

I am so grateful to Mack for his help on the coldest night of the year. Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night and he responded to the on-call request. He was willing to troubleshoot with me over the phone, was able to quickly identify the problem and talked me through how to fix it. I will happily request Mack in the future and we will be using Pettigrew HVAC for all of our furnace needs going forward.

WOW! The absolute best experience! I was away for a weekend when -32 degree weather hit. I walked in on Sunday to hear the sound of rushing water from somewhere behind a kitchen wall. A quick peak in the basement showed 10 inches of water and rising.
I called Pettigrew Plumbing and left a message with their service. Karen called me back in 5 Minutes... this is a SUNDAY.
Karen let me know that Everyone is out on calls due to the extreme cold. Can certainly get me on the schedule ASAP, and do I need assistance getting the main water line turned off until they can get there. I was able to get the main off on my own and as I emerged from the basement my phone was ringing again. Less than 5 minutes from my last call with Karen she was calling to same that Ben was finishing a call and would be over as soon as he could.
Ben called me almost as soon as Karen and I hung up and said he would be there in a few minutes.
Ben and John arrived, asked a couple questions, removed one cupboard panel exposing the pipe and drain chase behind the kitchen wall, they immediately found the break in a pipe, repaired it, had the water back on and the job was done. I think that the time that they took to carefully remove the woodwork was the longest part of the Job! In less than one hour, the disaster of a broken pipe was completely taken care of!

We used Pettigrew for a fairly large residential project. A full bathroom renovation and a new bathroom addition. Mike and Tony were assigned to our project and I couldn’t recommend their work and positive attitudes more. Generally fun guys to be around and 100% professional. You can count on them to get the job done right, the first time! Thanks again guys!

Pettigrew Plumbing sent Cole to repair a leaky kitchen faucet, and install an outdoor faucet. Cole was knowledgeable, friendly and knew exactly what to do to make our repairs. Great job!
