I had bought an old multi-family home with an outdated furnace and boiler which needed to go. I shopped around and got several estimates from other local companies. What impressed me was Perfect Climate was very responsive, they understood my needs and everything that I asked for they delivered within my budget. Chaz was my contact from start to finish and his crew - Ted and Bernard among others were top notch educating me about the new system along the way. I highly recommend and would work with them again in the future.

Needed a new AC install in May 2023. Chez was super responsive - got an assessment and quote the same day and replacement AC a few days later. His costs were in-line and reasonable (I double checked with my brother in laws who do hvac work). Even when we needed a service call, he had Noe here in 2 days on a holiday weekend and fixed the issue immediately. Would highly recommend!!

What a great experience! My old boiler this season was not heating yet again and we wanted to try another heating company. When Chaz came to inspect it he noticed many failing components to it as well as the corroded pipes coming out of it warning me of all the potential risks. Between his reliable knowledge and pricing , we went along with the the replacement. Installation was incredibly smooth and Joe the owner himself even stopped by to inspect the process. Our new boiler has been running great ever since. (quieter too!) thank you for your hard work gentleman!

In April I paid more than $15,000 to convert to forced hot air. Everything was fine and everyone pleasant enough. Until issues popped up. Now 3 months later, I still have no resolution to seemingly smaller issues that should have been addressed. I always get an answer right away that they will get back to me and it never actually happens, until I follow up again weeks later. To date, 1. I still have the oil stain on my ceiling from the installation, that was supposed to be taken care of; 2. I am still awaiting for the township to come by and check their work, since they did have to run a gas line to attic and 3. There are a few rooms with minimal air circulating through. Their response, after me paying well over $15,000, is that they just install the new machine, but they are not responsible to actually check that the existing vents were actually functional? So is that like saying you get a new engine on your car, but no one has to check that the car will actually run? I was conflicted on this and waited a long time. But after sending an email to owner and still no response, that's not fair to me after paying for this "service."

I highly recommend Perfect Climate for any of your plumbing needs. Joe and his team 1st came for an emergency situation a pipe froze and there was water leaking through the ceiling. They responded immediately to my phone call and handled the situation.
I had him back to install a tankless water heater. I couldn’t be more pleased with the installation. A year later I had a whole house generator installed. Once again Joe and his team have been a pleasure to work with

We are so impressed with Joe Senkeleski and his crew at Perfect Climate. During the abnormal freezing temperatures this winter, we had an emergency situation of frozen furnace draining pipes. Water was leaking through the dining room ceiling. Joe’s crew got here in a timely manner. Diagnosed the problem, and quickly resolved it.

We since called upon Joe to install a tankless water heater. Once again his professional and courteous team completed the job. And Joe followed up with a call a day later to make sure everything had gone smoothly and that we were happy with the unit.
