Basic REFGN Heat & AC

HORRIFIC. Basic installed two new systems into my home 5 years ago. They contracted new units, which I came to find out were years old. I have had nothing but problems every summer with the systems. Basic made simple mistakes like not connecting the wires properly to major mistakes like not install the system properly (ducts, pumps etc.) so that my system kept failing, freezing up, losing freeon etc. One unit was not properly connected so it vibrated itself into misalignment. System was overtaxed so that major parts such as pumps are already on last legs after only 5 years. Just paid Reiner to re-do so that now we actually get proper air conditioning. WORSE THAN HORRIFIC. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Came into a 20+ year old unit. Could have easily sold us on needing a new one, but didn't. Professional, quick to respond, and a straight-shooter. I would recommend this company to others. They came to us as a referral from two other people I trust.

On time, estimate on target, identified potential problem and solved it within the original estimate. Hire this guy!
