We had issues with three steam heaters. Dov Lavan was extremely professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

After getting different stories from 4 people, then calling PSE&G in - who told me I needed an electrician - then when the electrician couldn't help he said to call DOV LAVAN. All the previous people told me what a complicated high efficiency system I had....
DOV LAVAN had my heat working in UNDER 10 MINUTES!!!

I am writing this, as I feel I am obligated to help those avoid what I experienced. My experience with Dov Lavan was not a one time incident, as everyone I spoke to (unfortunately too late) had similar, if not worse stories.
He was very nice, initially, I'm assuming to get the job. Once I gave him a payment, things changed drastically. He became extremely rude, which would have been ok by me if at least he did a good job.
He was very dishonest throughout the process, and did not complete what he was supposed to.
I can no longer reach him to finish the job, and he was paid in full.
I have brought in other reputable HVAC companies, and they are all dumbfounded at the "work" that was done.
I have to pay thousands of dollars to fix the job, and they all have repeated that it will still never be an ideal system.

Dishonest and will not take responsibility when things go wrong.
