Great service, very knowledgeable better than horizon who claims to be the best. Had a horizon technician try to figure out problem for 2 1/2 hours plus on the phone with master technician too and still couldn’t figure problem out but I still had to pay service fee and fuel fee. Called John ac and the technician named Robert who was great fix problem in 30 minutes.

I had a company come out and tell me my broken AC needed to be replaced and was not repairable. I called John’s AC & Heat to get a second opinion. The office staff was so friendly and helpful. They were able to get a technician to my house the same day. The technician was very professional and informative. It turns out I just needed a new capacitor. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. They saved me thousands of dollars on a hot summer day. Thank you John’s! You gained a lifetime customer!

We called around to several different companies in fact 5 to be exact. And no one could come out. We called John's within an 2 hours The technician was here 35 minutes later Replaced a part and we had air conditioning again. And the top of all of it was after hours. The technician was Professional and friendly. And you don't find that combination too often. Thanks John's Heating/AC.

I gave John 's A-C & Heat a call about my heater and AC replacement. They were friendly on the phone and came out that day. I was quoted a great price and within two days it was installed. Technicians were polite and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for any installations.

I only called John's for service because they installed my system. When they originally installed my system, it was pouring rain and my new system sat in the pouring rain for hours. When they tried to put the heater in the utility room they broke the drain valve off my hot water heater, the room filled up with 2 feet of water and my new heater sat in the water for what seemed like forever. they had no resources to pump out the water. Luckily I have a swimming pool and had a pump that they used. I complained about my brand spanking new heater sitting in 2 feet of water and was told that I was lucky that they did not charge me to fix the valve they broke off my water heater. Finally, the straw that broke the camels back was my a/c broke down. the so called service person took my unit apart and while he was installing the part he said by the way the charge will be $295 plus tax. He was not here more than 10 minutes. I complained about the cost and he told me to next time call Horizon they don't charge as much. I posted a similar review on facebook, they took down my post and banned me from facebook. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. John's should be boycotted until they go out of business. I am a senior, a veteran, on a fixed income. I asked for a discount and the service person was very cocky and refuse any discount.

March 2020, John’s installed an AC unit, this year we started to experience some minor problems with the unit keeping up with the extreme heat. John’s employee, David, was sent out to diagnose our problem. Within 30 minutes he had discovered the issue repaired it and changed a few settings. This is not the first time that we have dealt with David. He is very professional, and knowledgeable with all things related to AC. Each time we’ve used John’s, the experience has been straightforward and stress free. I highly recommend the company and special thanks to David.
