Conway Comfort Heating & Cooling

Our 3 story, 5 bedroom house that was built in 1900 does not have central air and having 8-10 window air conditioning units was not an option as we felt it would look rather tacky and take away from the charm of our historic home. Brian and Patrick came out to provide their expertise and advice and helped to show us that going with ductless mini split systems throughout the house was the best way to preserve the charm and aesthetic of our turn of the 20th century home while still being able to enjoy the comforts of the 21st century. Both Brian and Patrick were extremely professional and easy to work with as well as responsive to any and all questions that we had- before, during and after installation. Their team of technicians were all very nice guys who were professional and punctual every single day during the nearly 3 week installation process. Now that we are all moved in and settled we could not be happier with our choice to go with Conway Comfort and the mini split systems they installed throughout our home. They use the top of the line systems and technologies which provide us the ability to control the climate in each room individually which is both cost effective and eco friendly. And the biggest and nicest surprise of all is how quiet and effective the mini split systems are! You literally have to stop talking and turn off all TV’s and other electronics (and basically have to hold your breath as well) in order to hear them running! We could not be more grateful for Brian, Patrick, Dan and all the rest of the guys on the Conway Comfort team and will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone in need of HVAC services!

Horrible, dishonest recent service. Conway comfort installed a new HVAC system about 5 years ago and all appeared fine. Then the AC condenser started leaking at the end of last summer. I called Conway and they informed me that there was a diagnostic fee that would be credited if I chose to have them do the repair.

They sent out a technician who diagnosed that the A/C drain pan had cracked. They sent a video showing water leaking, but no crack. I questioned how that could happen since it is inside the unit, and he said there was too much stored around the unit, which still made no sense. I also received a quote of $635 above the $95 diagnostic fee that was never credited.

I had a friend who works in HVAC take a look at the unit and he pulled off a thin plastic cover which revealed that the required condensate plugs were never installed by Conway when the unit was installed. A small amount of lint clogged the used hole so water started leaking out of the next higher plug which should’ve been plugged.
I went to Home Depot and bought the 2 required plugs for less than $3 and fixed the unit myself. I then called Conway Comfort and sent them photos of the problem and the repair. I demanded that they return the $95 diagnostic fee, and they agreed; however, I have received no refund a month and a half later, even after multiple calls to the company.

Juaquin was our tech and he was great. On time, knowledgeable and got the job done. He was nice enough to fix an air vent that had fallen off and was making me crazy. Would definitely recommend him and Conway

This past week, we bought a new AC unit from Conway & Pat Reddington and from the beginning, it was a great experience. Pat was knowledgeable and helpful. The guys came today for install and Erik, Jermaine and Dave were great-they were respectful of the house, kept things clean and professional. They stayed til 5:40 on a Friday night to make sure everything was done! Highly recommend.

From the front office to the service tech the service was the absolute best! Kristyna scheduled us in less than 24 hours. She was extremely professional and courteous. The technician Joe was awesome. He was professional, polite and a straight up nice guy. He took time to explain everything , answered all my questions and even took my very dirty filters away on his truck. If you are looking for a professional and trustworthy HVAC company I highly recommend Conway Comfort!

Great experience. Technician Joe was prompt snd diagnosed our A/c problem pretty quickly. Explained the fix and associated cost and was done in no time upon approval.

I deal with many different AC/Heating companies working in the commercial field and I appreciate the professionalism and honesty of Conway Comfort's technician. He went above and beyond for me today. I'll be using them for any future calls needed

Our furnace died this winter during a cold spell. Conway sent a tech out the next day. He was able to fix the unit and gave us some recommendations. The next week we had the ducts cleaned. I can hear the unit running, I have never heard the sound before! Whatever magic they did, it worked. My house is less dusty and the unit is running so much better!

The air conditioning maintenance was perfect so far and the technician seems to be very knowledgeable. Happy with Conway service.
