Had a terrific experience with Conway. They are fast and reliable, and they go the extra mile. Our A/C compressor died a few days ago and we knew we were in for a high bill. But Adam researched our unit for us and discovered we were still under warranty, so now we have an awesome compressor at half the cost. An excellent company!

These guys are fast and know what they are talking about. I went through 4 people before I called Conway and boy I'm glad I did. From the start to finish the whole process took 2 weeks. Some places took a month just to give me a quote back. You are also informed during the entire process. Jim Rob was our technician. He was awesome. Even came back the next day since he was in the area just to see how things were going with the new units. This company truly cares about getting the job done right and about their customers. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thanks Conway for doing something we started to feel wasn't possible for our home!

We had our entire system, HVAC, replaced by Conway. The wrong unit was delivered. Unfortunately this was not determined until after the old system had been pulled out. We agreed to wait 24 hours for a replacement unit to be delivered. We left ourselves without heat. The unit was installed and works. How ever, I do have questions.
The follow up has been horrible. I have spoken with Shannon and emailed Shannon regarding questions I have. She has told me that " it must have fallen between the cracks. My last request was to have the owner call. This was almost 2 weeks ago.
Now that they have been paid in full, I am not longer a valuable customer.
Do not use this company.
I do not typically write a review. But I have never before felt more dismissed by a service provider than with Conway. If I could I would have them pull out the system refund my money and contract with someone else.

Being a victim of incompetent service by the unholy pair of a warranty company and their contractor, Conway Comfort were the saviors for our AC problem. Highly professional, quick, empathetic and all at a reasonable price with financing. Could not ask for anything more. Very impressed by the speed with which the whole AC system replacement was done in less than 5 days from initial inspection, to Mr. Conway visiting for an actual estimate to the Conway techs coming with the new equipment for completion of installation. 100% will recommend Conway Comfort for HVAC needs. Kevin was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He came late in the day, within 1 hour of contact to save us from a failed air conditioner we discovered upon return from our vacation. He ruled out a few common issues and diagnosed the tricky drainage shut-off problem and offered a fair price to fix it fully but also provided enough insight from the diagnosis for me to temporarily troubleshoot it myself and get it running while I checked with the landlord on covering the full cost of a more thorough repair. Avoided suffering any hot nights for less than $100 for the visit. Also got advice on cleaning and saving some electricity. Thanks Kevin!
