Kevin was the person that came to my location what a great employee very social, very businesslike, did everything that he should do as far as maintenance and service for my air conditioning. Very good explaining about anything that I might need come in the future, and reviewed results and whatever he found on my current maintenance service, I have light colored carpet he even put his booties on. I did not have to ask , very professional, great employee! Very upbeat about Air Professionals and his team coworkers! This company installed my system heat and air conditioning, and I use no one but them! Folks in the office are very pleasant when you call in for service or to make an appointment. We've been using Air Professionals since 2013 and service is stellar every time. It's a pleasure scheduling appointments with Erin who always makes an effort to find us a convenient time. Her positive demeanor makes her the perfect initial contact and sets an excellent tone for what's to come.

Great group to work with! We hired Air Professionals for the heater and we rehired them for our air conditioner. They are friendly and accommodating and very easy to speak with over the phone. The techs who come over are on time and respectful and take the time to explain why is going on with our system. They worked neatly and got the job done well. We are new to our home and they helped us to get both our systems running again. I would call them again!

Was in need of immediate assistance with my AC. The technician (Antonio) arrived early and got to work with determining the problem. Sadly the unit (28 years old) was not worth repairing as the compressor was shot. An sales engineer was called and arrived within minutes of request. He did an evaluation of my needs and priced out a new unit within an hour. A new system will be installed shortly.
Please note that this all occurred on one of the hottest days of the year. The prompt, professional service was a breath of fresh air as compared to the runarounds I received from any of their competitors.

I love that Air Professionals not only provides a service "window" of when they will arrive but also sends text updates giving me an update when they are "on their way". Kevin did an excellent job today in performing the annual service on our air conditioning system. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and provided a very detailed explanation on why certain things needed to be addressed. Air Professional does our bi- yearly maintenance and we have always been satisfied. The technicians are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant, & friendly. Today, Tech Shane, explained to us the need to do extra work & charge due to a clog in the pump. He suggested what necessary measures to be done. Air Professionals hires and trains a competent team of professionals. My service rep Hilmi was professional and extremely knowledgeable in the air conditioning systems in my home. He explained to me what he was doing and recommended steps I should take to improve my systems overall performance.

Kevin Q was the tech who did the annual service on my AC unit. He was on time, professional, and thorough. He spent time to explain what he was doing, checking the entire system carefully. He was neat and put everything back that had to be moved. My unit is in the attic and difficult to access but he did so carefully despite the heat. I would certainly recommend him and have him come again if needed.
