Just had Air Professionals do our yearly pre-season A/C tune-ups. Our technician Kevin was on time and did a great job. He explained that our Carrier units are in great shape and answered any questions we had. We are totally satisfied with the service and will continue to use Air Professionals for our future HVAC needs.

Shane our technician was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was doing during the service as well as provide a very thorough assessment upon completion.

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. They hand out a QR code that allows them to screen google reviews. Most of the guys working here don’t have a clue what they’re doing and they’re almost as likely to break your system and over charge you for a new one as they are to fix it.

Air Professionals and its staff are always helpful, timely and have taken care of both my furnace and AC since they installed them. I have nothing negative to say about their service.

AP staff always great to work-with. The system is 7 yrs old and functioning very well. Disclosure: I have a working relationship with this fine company.

Air Professionals continue to be great to work with. Shane came out to service my unit today. Like all the customer service and technicians I’ve worked with, today’s service was also excellent.

After noticing that the A/C unit was not working properly, I started asking for recommendations for local HVAC companies. Air Professionals was one of a few recommendations I received. From start to finish - talking with Greg yesterday and Julio this morning, and then working with the technician Michael today - each person exceeded my expectations. They were respectful, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and provided great service fast, and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Air Professionals.

Kevin Q. was the technician. He was thorough and explained everything I needed to know, including the work sheet he filled out and left with me for both systems. It was a pleasure to meet Kevin.

It's terrible. There was no service charge mentioned when the appointment made. Surprised with a service charge twice as much as any other HVAC provider., The system is worse than before the technician came. It was working before, now it does not work at all. Nothing was done to correct anything. This is the worst. Deception is the operative mode here.

The technician was on time, very professional. He showed me exactly what he did and gave me some pointers on stopping some additional leaks in the returns.

I have been using Air Professionals for 20 years now and have always been pleased with the service and prices.
