Jason and East Coast replaced my 30+ year old furnace and installed central A/C. Jason and East Coast were easily reached by phone and reliable and prompt. The furnace replacement was neat and professional and everything was explained in advance. And for the first time I have a house with central air- thanks to Jason and East Coast. Let’s face it- no heat is no fun- and HVAC is one of the biggest investments you can make in your home- I am happy I trusted Jason and East Coast to get the job done!

I am so happy that I found East Coast Heating & Cooling. Jason was amazing and Chelsea was so helpful in fitting us in and keeping me updated on the ETA! We had an issue with our AC where the condensation pan was overflowing with water from our AC. Jason was able to figure out the issue right away and fixed it right then and there on the same day. I could not be happier with their fantastic service! They will def be our go-to for all our cooling and heating needs. Thank you guys again!

About a year ago our heater broke in the middle of winter late on a Saturday night. I called East Coast Heating & Cooling and Jason came right away. He was able to fix the issue without having to replace a part. He was honest and thought it didn't need replaced so we opted not to spend that money at the time. It stopped working again a couple of weeks later so we called him again and he ended up replacing the part and he didn't charge for it.
Fast forward to this week, in the hottest days of summer, and our AC decided to stop working. We called Jason on a Saturday evening. He always answers right away and he came over to find a blown fuse. He replaced it for us and it blew again later that night so we called him and he gave us suggestions on what to do. He was able to come back on Monday to figure out what the real issue was and fixed it with no charges. Always reliable and competitive prices! Hopefully nothing in our house breaks again but if it does we will definitely call him!

The owner - Jason - responded when I had no heat. By the time he arrived it was working. No charge. This happened twice more. No charge. The third time though he arrived and there was no heat. By then I was fed up with not having heat and was concerned with the holidays approaching. Furthermore my AC unit developed a leak over the summer and I knew I needed a major overhaul. That was a Lennox. I told Jason I wanted everything replaced on his third visit. Jason was very kind and repaired my old furnace for no charge so I had heat for 48 hours until such time when he came back and installed a Trane furnace and AC system. My Lennox was 10.5 year old. The warrenty was 10 years. Maintained it twice a year every year with Browns. Never again for both Lennox and Browns as I learned over the summer Browns was not cleaning the outside AC unit. From this point forward I'm a loyal East Coast customer and I'm not shy about sharing my positive experience with my neighbors and friends.

My husband and I needed someone to install a new heating and AC system. East coast made the process so simple and stress free! I would recommend 10/10 to help with any HVAC needs. Prices were super reasonable and owner was very personable and honest. I will definitely use in the future.

Excellent service and quality of workmanship. I called East Coast Heating & Cooling in the very late afternoon and Jason the owner answered the phone. Within 15 minutes he was at my door. I have a complex air conditioning system and Jason resolved the issue. Reasonably priced too. East Coast is the best and Jason and is honest, courteous and sincerely interested in doing right by his customers. Thank you Jason for all your hard work!!!

I called East Coast Heating and Cooling one Sunday morning in December
as my current furnace, which was about 15 years old, had stopped working.
Jay came within a few hours, as promised, to assess. We agreed my current
furnace needed to be replaced. Since this occurred in late December and
was kind of an emergency, Jay said he would be back early Monday morning
(the next day) to replace both the furnace and air-conditioning unit which
we also agreed was going to need replacing. Once again, Jay and his crew
were here on time Monday morning, as promised, and performed the work
within a matter of hours. They were extremely professional and very
reliable and did not leave until I was satisfied.

I am so glad I called East Coast Heating to take care of my problem. Actually, Jason took on the job as his problem, which was very reassuring. He and Carl installed a new heating system, did it beautifully, and left no mess behind. They took care of things like it was their own home, and I am very relieved and grateful!

Jason at East Coast provided very professional and knowledgeable service. I called on one of the hottest days of the summer and he showed up within the hour. He had a part in his truck and my AC was fixed within a half hour. I will call East Coast again!! From a satisfied customer!
