Great service with everything we've needed this winter

I am a v.ery happy customer. With the service and your employees are the best.

Before I go to far I have to admit that I have not been billed for this recent service so my review may be affected if I am billed what I think is unreasonable for the actual work performed. That being said I found myself with out heat and it was 25 degrees out. I had several guesses as to what the cause could be. I called 1 other service prior to contacting Petro and was told I would get a call back within 15 minutes...its been over 24 hours and I have not received a call back. Petro answered the phone immediately got basic information as to the problem and had a tech at my house 90 minutes later. My heat was restored approximately 2 hours from the time I made my initial phone call. I was informed of the basic charge in advance which I did not find unreasonable. But I just dont know the final cost is yet as I have not received a bill yet. I do reccomend Petro the tech in my opinion went beyond what his job probably entailed and made sure he made a temporary solution to keep us warm until the issue could be fixed the following day with an electrician.

They charged me for oil that I did not order and then took me to court for non payment after I made payments on the amount owed. They would not reduce the balance> Stay away from this company!

Have to say could be better. I called many propane suppliers to BUY a propane tank. Petro was one of only two companies that said they would sell me a tank. Great, but unfortunately they never called back. I called them to check up and I was told they don't actually sell tanks but they were "trying to find one?" for me. They would sure get back to me with the details. They left me hanging. There propane price was reasonable, though I never got to use them. True story. Ask Monique Smith, she was my Petro salesperson.

We have been a long-time Petro customer. Petro has always been responsive to our day and night phone calls. Our last call to Petro required immediate attention. Their customer service deserves more than five stars. They assured us a service-person was on their way. We even received a follow-up call telling us of the approximate time of his arrival. True to their word Phil (the Plumber) arrived. We were pleased to see him as he had serviced our furnace earlier. Professional, respectful, and courteous, Phil was also very informative, answered our questions, and solved our problem. The Petro Home Services are the best. We give them Five Stars Plus!

The company is professional and very responsive to the customers needs

Terrible customer service. I tried to order a fuel oil delivery for my 89 year old father and was put on hold for literally hours over several days and attempts. Tried the local number (on our invoice) then the next number available. I finally got "help" from the toll-free corporate number. We'll see how the delivery goes...The folks doing the REAL work are great but phone support is non-existent. And this was just trying to buy something!! I wonder what would happen if we needed real help.

Recently had a major failure of ac in 100 degree heat. From service man to salesmen to installer it was a quality experience

Petro has been providing Oil, Propane, Boiler and AC maintenance for our home for 18 years. They are truly professional, prompt, and consultative. I truly value my relationship with my service team and the entire organization, they all are customer focus and make you feel like you are working with a friend.

We are selling our home and due to your service we feel extremely confident that the buyers of our home are purchasing a tremendous home. This includes the 3 year new Burnham boiler and 4 year new Bryant A/C system. Thank you all for tremendous service and a wonderful relationship.
