I am the Director of NPD for my publicly traded company. We had a need for Air Conditioning in a space where very little existed. Dan Fitzpatrick responded within 24 hours to come and review the space. My requirements were 75 degrees and quite (60dba). I was surprised when not only did the 4 units return a 72 degree space, but the DB from each machine was 58, below the speech ineligibility requirement. We were able to bring our BOD into the space and deliver a top notch experience. Thank you Dan, we will certainly be in touch for future needs.

I rent a lot of equipment from United Rentals and Dana made this rental experience the best ever. She was responsive to every need we had and ensured everything we needed was completed faster than I could ever expect. We had a self inflicted problem with a generator that we rented and Eric was onsite within 15 minutes (after hours) to correct my mistake. This team definitely went above and beyond multiple times!!!

To Many people involved ,Hard to get a direct response , Chiller came 9/7 without transformer then were told transformer is coming 9/8 and weights 2000 +- Pounds now i need a crane. Flanges came without bolts nobody told me until Tuesday nite at 9:05 PM that I need to get my own bolts For 9/8 am ..........Need a start up on *9/8 at *1:00 PM no one has responded to this request.......

Nicole went nearly an hour out of her way to deliver much needed emergency space heaters when our rental home gas meter failed. Great service! Thanks Nicole!!

I called Dana at 6:15pm on Thursday 7/8/2021 and within minutes she had everything set up and ready if we needed to use the generator.
