A.M. Botte Residential & Commercial HVAC

We had our heating system replaced and AC installed by them 2 years ago. They came highly recommended per our electrician. They were quick to give us a quote and installation was 5 stars. We have had some issues with both units since then which is why I’m only giving 4 stars. The company is coming out tomorrow and I’m hopeful that the issues will be resolved.

They showed up on time and were polite. The installers did a great job with attention to detail and cleanliness. The new ac unit provides much better performance than the same sized older unit thanks to the modifications made during the installation. These guys knew what they were doing from evaluation and estimate to the installation.

I was very impressed at the high standard of service that the company provided. From the sales manager Dustin P. and all the way down to the field tech John H., they all represented themselves professionally. They were very transparent when i ask questions and they were very knowledgeable to things that I never knew about when it came to the HVAC system. They were also transparent with cost associated so it made me feel at ease working with the company. The field tech John H. was very tedious and clean with his wiring work such as new copper lines and humidifier lines, he was knowledgeable and answered/explained to me how things work and he reassured me that everything will be done with how i want things to look. They were all also prompt and in time during the days of my HVAC installation and worked tirelessly throughout the day to make sure that my system was working at EOB. Job well done guys! Very impressed with their staff!

A.M. Bottle was extremely responsive and able to send someone within an hour of my call. Kyle was a very nice young man who was thorough and explained everything to me along the way. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Every aspect of working with this company was easy, thorough, and organized. On the sales side, I worked with Dustin who was extremely communicative and always available for follow up questions. I love how as a company they have a standard price book for their products and installations so that you know you are getting a fair price and not some magic number a salesman has worked up.

On the install side I had John & John who were absolutely awesome. They did a fabulous job installing the outside condenser, the inside coils, and all the necessary hook ups between them and the various necessary systems. When everything was finished they walked me through the system functions and made sure I didn’t have any additional questions. Great install experience.

I got multiple quotes for the job and their prices were very reasonable if not a little below market price. You know that you were getting a fair shake.

In the office I worked with Amanda who was very thorough, responsive, and helpful.

All around they were a great company to work with.

Requested a new furnace and A/C unit installation. John H., John L. and Kyle were my technicians and all were very professional and personable. The work performed exceeded my expectations. All piping and line-sets were beautifully ran, attention to detail is very impressive. They were prompt to show up at the starting time in the morning, and they cleaned up after the work was done perfectly. Would highly recommend for any hvac needs.

This is the second time I’ve used A.M. Botte. Service was excellent again and Nickolaos was amazing. Was supposed to be just maintenance but a small issue was found before it got worse.
