    My air conditioner was on the fritz the weekend of July 4th and I was afaid I would not be able to find anyone. Lino's was able to send two techs that morning!

    They were very professional, explained everything they were doing (in a way that I, a layperson could understand) and were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently.

    They even cleaned the unit at no charge and then checked to make sure it was actually cooling the house.

    Really incredible, professional service of the sort that is so rare to find. I would most definitley use them again and highly recommend them.

    My kids convinced me to replace my old thermostat with a Nest which was installed by a friend who had done it in his own house. I suspected it may have been installed incorrectly but thought it was user failure on my part (I’m not tech savvy). I needed help when it was quite hot out, AC just wasn’t staying on, and I was having company the next day. Even on a Saturday of a long holiday weekend, I was able to reach Linos directly (vs other answering services that offer “emergency service”) and he had guys over in a short time. Two very polite young men corrected the problem within the hour! Reasonable rate and loved the communication - email confirming the appt and text alerting me of their ETA (and they were even early). THANK YOU!!!

    This is my third time using this service. My central air conditioning stopped working and my house was extremely hot this weekend during the Fourth of July. I reached out to Lino Sunday evening and he responded right away. I didn’t expect him to squeeze me in for Monday knowing that Tuesday was a holiday. It saved my life. It was so hot that my poor dog was out of breath and I was afraid he would have a heat exhaustion. Two nice guys came and helped me with the problem and provided a detailed explanation of what was the problem. Thank you!

    I found Lino's HVAC when hurricane Ida destroyed my previous boiler. I saw many recommendations for Lino's. I spoke with other companies, but the minute I met Lino, I knew I would give this company a shot. I have absolutely no regrets, and I'm picky. They coordinated the removal of my oil tank, the old boiler, installed a new one and chimney liner. Also did all the permits! Very professional. On time. Quality work. Always leave my home clean. Transparent. And reasonable prices. I will always trust my HVAC to Lino's! Thank you and your team!

    I highly recommend Lino’s. I was having an issue where my boiler just stopped working. Steve & Rob came by to check it out in less than 5 min they were able to tell me the issue. They performed maintenance cleanup on my boiler, showed me what I had to do to upkeep my boiler and got it working again. They were very knowledgeable and also super professional.

    I have baseboard heating system in my house. One of the zones was constantly on. Changing thermostat didn’t help. Lino’s HVAC had stellar reviews so I decided to give them a try.
    The guys promptly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. There was a complete transparency as to what they were doing and how much it would cost. No mistake was made during repairs. They made sure everything works with no complications before they left. They are professionals. Highly recommended.

    On the very day they installed the AC, after we paid the deposit, they brought the AC in our yard, they told us that the previous AC outlet does not match the AC they sold us. They didn't mention anything in advance at all. Also, they need to place the AC at a different location and we need to get an electrician to install a new outlet box. We had to make more than ten holes on the wall because we need to add a new line from our garage for the AC. We had to patch all the holes and paint them later, which is very costly and time consuming. Moreover, we had to add new circuit breaker to our panel, because we had no more space in the panel that we ended up adding a second panel. For these extra electric work, we had to apply permit to the township.. All these work cost us more than $3000. After our contractor finished all the extra work, we asked him to come to try the AC to make sure it is working. He didn't come.
    We spoke to other HVAC contractors before, we know that if we got the the appropriate AC, there is no need to change location or adding new outlet, we could still use what we have. If we knew in advance that we need to add a new line and new outlet, new location, we wouldn't have chosen Lino's HVAC.

    We had the installation done in March, but still, up to now, they haven't got the permit for us from the township yet.
