Greg H did an excellent job unclogging the kitchen sink drain. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain how the drain system works including tips on proper maintenance and “not to do” things to avoid similar situations in the future. Very friendly and had a nice conversation with him during the process. The price is very reasonable and would highly recommend their services. Overall, I was impressed.

I was very pleased with the service. The dispatch kept me informed on when our technician would arrive. Our technician, Greg H, was very professional and great person. He informed me what he thought the issue was and the risks of the path forward. We proceeded an was able to clear our drain. He listened to my failed attempts to help solve the issue. This was my first time using Harris and so far so good. It was super easy to make an appointment--I called and the person I spoke to was very nice and I was able to get an appointment for an AC tune up quickly. The tech contacted me when he was about 20-30 minutes away, he was nice and professional. The tech kept me updated on what he was doing and when he was done, he sat down with me and walked me through what he'd done and what he'd seen. As with any vendor, I was told about additional things I could purchase but again the tech was nice--he just explained it and when I said I didn't want any additional work, he didn't pressure me but offered to send me documents of everything he'd shared, including the report on my AC unit. I was happy enough with my experience that I signed up for Harris' service program.

Overall a great experience. They sent someone out on a Friday evening before a holiday weekend so already pretty happy. Our technician Phil was amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout. He waked me through all potential options and gave his honest recommendation. Plus he was a really chill and cool guy to talk with. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

We recently purchased a home and had the luck of getting the plumber Jason assigned to our service call for a quote. He is not only knowledgeable but kind and respectful. His first visit to our home he went out of is way to explain everything and find the best cost effective solution for moving all the plumbing in our kitchen . When completed he showed pictures of all the work (under home) completed. He took it a step further and gave us advice for the future. He was more knowledgeable than our home inspector. In our next project We ended up remodeling the bathroom and had a leak from work contractor (couldn’t get hold of contractor) completed. I called Harris Plumbing and requested Jason. He didn’t disappoint one bit. On a late Friday afternoon before a holiday; he arrived with a smile, willing and ready to help. We appreciate Jason!

Had an enjoyable time with your technician. He was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and jovial. We would like to have him back for further services and maintenance. We are pleased with the service rendered. Incidentally there was a snake encounter which scared us initially but we all had a good laugh. On the whole the experience was a excellent one. Thank you.

It was our first time using Harris, we were in need of a new AC unit and also replacing our furnace. Harris business was able to come asap and set up our installment in a matter of a few days. Our technician name was Lance and Adam. Lance came on time and he immediately got to work.The job was completed in less hours of what was expected. Lance showed great professional mannerism in his work and communication and also treated our home with respect.The work that was put out looks clean and we are very satisfied. We would definitely recommend Harris, it’s a bonus that they are very accommodating.

Jason was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, and installation of our new gas line for our stove was very fast and perfect. He recommended a service plan that saved us 15% (Outstanding!) We will be doing business again with Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical. Thank you!

I Had Jason from Harris come out and fix a leak toilet. Not only did he fix the problem within an hour but was very professional. With out a doubt I will use them in the future and ask for Jason to come back. He was wonderful, nice, and knew what he was doing. 10 out of 10 would recommend with no hesitation

Sean came to our home today. He was awesome! He was kind and professional. He is truly an asset to Harris. By the time Sean left our home we were nice and cool. Thank you Harris and thank you so much Sean!! God bless
