Greg H. was very efficient and knew what needed to be done. He got the right people out to my house to get the issue fixed and even gave me a quote before hand. I would recommend Harris Plumbing to anyone. The response time was amazing and the staff are professional and knowledgeable. My experience with Harris plumbing and their staff was very good Mike Yakubovsky and Bob Bell were very helpful and did a great job replacing very old plumbing. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Jason installed water heater for us today and did an amazing job. From the minute he showed up to the time he left, he was professional, clean and courteous. He kept us informed of his progress.

David was very professional and attentive to my questions and request. Although it was an expensive service, overall I think it is well worth the outstanding service I received from David and his company. David went under the house took images of the damage and shared it with me alone with my options, upon approving the job, David share with me all the work being done and also share the after repaired images with me. I have one year warranty on parts and labor but I am confident that I will not need it. Overall, I am very please with the work and experience I received from David.

I recently had the pleasure of working with David Hursch who fixed a leak and a drainage problem in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, David provided exceptional service and was a true professional in every sense of the word. Once he arrived, he took the time to carefully assess the situation and explain what needed to be done to fix both the leak and the drainage problem. Throughout the process, David was courteous, respectful, and diligent in his work. In the end, David was able to fix both the leak and the drainage problem, and the results were absolutely fantastic. Overall, I would highly recommend this plumber to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Anthony quickly and efficiently took care of our plumbing clog. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. I would definitely use Harris again and would recommend.

STAY AWAY! I called Harris for a furnace tune up in December of 2022. The service tech came out, spent about 35 mins looking at my furnace, and then told me that he is mandated to shut the furnace off as there were rust holes in the heat exchanger. He deemed my system unsafe and said that by law, he had to turn my heat off. The temperature was in the thirties and I asked him what I am going to do for heat. The service tech stated that he would send a salesman out the next day and if we went with his service, they would give us space heaters. That is a whole other issue that I don't have time to get into. The service tech left my house, and I immediately called my uncle, a 40 year PGW employee. He came over and inspected the heater. He did not see any holes and attempted to turn on my heater, but it did not work. Apparently, the service tech blew a fuse inside the heater, and I had to call Harris back. I had to beg and demand them to send out a tech to fix it. They did (the second tech fixed it within 30 seconds and was good). I used my furnace for about 4 months after Harris left with no issues. I finally had my heater replaced by another company and there were ZERO holes in the heat exchanger. Nothing wrong with the heater and certainly not unsafe. I had three quotes from other companies and I told them all about the Harris service tech and condemning my furnace. Coincidentally, they all stated the same thing - "Harris service techs make commission on sales." Harris was an absolute nightmare and caused nothing but stress in the middle of winter. As I stated, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
