Definitely going to use them in the very near future. Out of everyone we called, they had the best customer service. Lea was extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and was very patient with us.

We worked with Prestige in August 2021 and every person we interacted with was professional and wonderful including the owner, estimator and administration team. We installed Mitsubishi mini splits in an older single family home in jersey city and the installation team was great and the units were working well this summer. I would definitely recommend Prestige and we are working with them again soon.

After having a lot of work done to my home, I was worried installing Central Air would be another hassle and messy construction job. Using Prestige was the complete opposite. From the time they did the estimate, to completing the job - they made everything so easy! They arrived on time each day and cleaned up as if nobody was ever in my home. We had an all around great experience with Prestige Air Heating & Cooling! Including Prestige I obtained four estimates on the job all of which were comparable in price. However, Prestige offered better equipment than two of the competitors and went out of their way to lower their price and throw in additional equipment to secure our business over the other company.

Their salesman, Paul, answered all of my many questions and helped me to understand the myriad of options in a sincere effort to accommodate our needs (no upsell tactics).

The office staff were courteous and professional as they scheduled the work, secured the permits and provided billing invoices. After the work was completed, Shadi, owner, stopped by with Paul to ensure our satisfaction and to thank us for our business with a box of cigars which was very generous and quite unexpected. In my 25 years of home ownership this was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor!

The staff is so amazing! Especially Marylyn who helped me step by through the process every questions I had was answered right away! She is very reliable and knowledgeable with what she does. Highly recommend.

We recently got a quote for furnace replacement. And after calling a few companies, Prestige was the only one who responded immediately. Paul came out and got us a quote the same day. He was very professional, friendly and responsive. They try their best to accommodate our needs. Although we end up not proceeding with the job for other reasons, we still recommend Prestige. And we will use Prestige for any HVAC jobs in the future.

I was very blessed to be able to work with this company. Shadi and Paul were very professional and knowledgeable. The communication was flawless with the office. The technicians who installed the system did an awesome job. In addition, they were very humble and kind. There were times of the day I forgot they were even here. I’ve spoken to several HVAC companies, and Prestige is the most truthful and honest. From firsthand experience, some of these other companies will try and get over you. I am very thankful that I was able to come across Prestige, and glad to be working with them in the near future.

I am more than satisfied with the work done by Prestige and happy that I made the decision to use them for our mini-split installation. Everyone I have come in contact with from Prestige has been a pleasure to work with. Paul came out to provide the initial consultation. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and gave me honest feedback about our project. I had already read many positive reviews, but after he left, I knew I would be using them for our project. Nicole sent me the estimate and scheduled the appointment. All communication was friendly, quick, and timely. Our project had to be pushed back a few days and she communicated that quickly. The gentlemen who came for the installation arrived on time, took all precautions, and explained how the unit worked. There was a small issue with the mini-split unit heating up in the time that it was supposed to. They told me to leave it on and check on it. I received a call from Shadi that afternoon to follow-up and he said he would come by himself to make sure everything was working properly. From start to finish, everyone was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They use top of the line equipment and are reasonably priced. I have already recommended them to friends and family, and would use them again for any future projects!

After doing a lot of research on Mini-Splits and obtaining estimates from several contractors I decided to go with Prestige Air Heating & Cooling. The owner Shadi was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely courteous and provided me with a very reasonable estimate of the work which included a system more superior than the other contractors were offering me. I was not disappointed. They completed the job on time and on the date we agreed. The work was inspected by the town and passed with flying colors. I have already referred a friend who is looking to install a similar system in his home. I know he will not be disappointed and neither will you.
