One year later and everything is running perfectly! Last year we had T-Mark replace our sewer line and install a back-up sump pump. Not only were they helpful and responsive during what was a stressful experience, they did an amazing job while explaining all the details to us. This was great especially considering the previous year we had another company “fix” our line which was not completed fully resulting in us needing to find T-Mark to do the job correctly. They ended up recommending a hung sewer line to prevent any future issues and everything has been working great since.

They were in constant contact from scheduling the job, to letting us know when the property had been marked, and on the day of the job. They also did an amazing job of saving our landscaping which was impressive considering how much digging was required. Replacing a sewer line is not cheap, but T-Marks prices were very fair and consistently lower than other estimates we received. Additionally, for work like this paying a company to do the job right the first time is 100% worth it. I would absolutely recommend T-Mark for a project of any size and for high quality work and will be using them for any future projects at my house.

Jimmy Buttery and the operator Brian were amazing. They were extremely respectful as to not to disturb my difficult neighbor’s property. They got right to work. Did an excellent job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything as if they were never here. I mean everything the public sidewalk, the road and my sidewalk. They were friendly and professional even when the troublesome neighbor opened his window to try to start trouble.

Update 2/16/23 ran into my neighbor across the street and she asked me who it was that fixed my sewer because she was so impressed with the job they did and how clean they left everything. She said they even cleaned up the street. When they left you wouldn’t even think they had been there. I let her know it was T-Mark.

Truly satisfied with the WHOLE ENTIRE TEAM at T-Mark. The whole team from start to finish was great. I would definitely recommend T-Mark and you there services again. I truly loved they fact that they text a picture of the technician that will be showing up to your house. Show that this company also have safety concerns for the customer. Just had our central ac unit replaced and so far everything works great. Very impressed with the quality of work. T-mark was able diagnose the issue and then replace the broken unit within 1 week. The workers that came out were very professional, quality hard workers. they cleaned up everything from the repair and you couldn't even tell they were there aside from the shiny new unit. Very appreciative of the financing options available, made handling this unexpected home repair much easier. Will definitely use T-mark again for any future jobs.

October of 2022 I had a gas leak and the gas company turned of all gas to my house. Gas company found 2 leaks. T Mark came out 4 days later so I was without gas 5 days so far. I am 70 years old and recently lost my husband which I explain to the gentleman that came out. Trying to navigate this new life I trusted the quote of $3400 to replace all pipes even though there were only 2 leaks. Gary came the next day and replaced $34000 worth of piping. He left and was told to call gas company. He never checked for leaks and he gave me his personal phone number to call him if there was a problem all very nice. Now it is 8pm and gas company came out and said there were still leaks. Called Gary per his suggestion and he came back out. Called gas company again still leaks. Gas company left and he worked on it until 10pm and told me to call gas company in morning. He was quite rude like it was my fault. I realize he had some personal stuff going on but I did also and he was the professional.
Called the gas company 5 more times after that and still leaks. Several days went by and still no gas. The last time the gas company came out and Gary assured me all was good the gas company tighten some pipes and they were able finally turn gas back on.
Since then I still smell gas on and off but would never put myself through that nightmare again. Now it’s January 2023 and had a friend come out and check for leaks as he works for a heating company and low and be hold found the leak and not the one of the 2 leaks that was my original issue. I feel
I was robbed and taken advantage of due to my age. I would never recommend your company Ever the nightmare I went through was unfair.

T-Mark Plumbing did a really great job repairing my investment property sewer system issue. Maintaining my property from across the US while changing over property management is a huge challenge, especially dealing with tenant availability and aligning with the plumbers schedule. T-Mark made this process very easy and they were able to squeeze me in same day which is almost unheard of these days. Like all contracting companies, you need to be hyper vigilant of being scammed, but they took that concern away very quickly with their great communication and explanation of what the issue was. Just for reference, my previous property management quoted me over $7,000 for the repair, T-Mark, just over $400. I was about to be scammed, luckily I found a trust worthy company who does quality work for a fair price. Thank you T-Mark for all the help, the excellent communication, and the professionalism, you are now on my speed dial.

My HVAC guy retired and moved to Florida, selling his book of business to T-Mark. To say I was nervous of the transition would be putting it mildly, changeover never goes smoothly and I thought I would for sure have to argue about what warranties I had and what service plans I was used to; NOPE. T-Mark acted as if I was their customer for years, awesome CS reps answering the phones and the techs who have serviced my address are polite, professional, and more than helpful! Last but certainly not least, they are affordable and priced reasonably, excellent company and I’m glad I “chose” them!!

What a wonderful experience with T-Mark. Our technicians name was Dave, and he gave us the scoop on our A/C unit which wasn't cooling down the house. Our unit is 25 years old (We just bought the house last year) and Dave let us know that even though it was old, the mechanics (motors/moving parts) seemed to be running fine, but the coolant/coils were not. He gave us ALL the options, and we DID NOT feel pressured to make a choice. We went with option A - the coolant top up option for now, to see if we could get a little more time with the old beast of a unit. Option B - is a replacement and we will 100% be calling T-Mark again when the time comes to lay this old dinosaur of an A/C unit to rest and install a new one. Dave was fantastic at helping us today, and gave us the skinny on keeping our unit clean for longevity. Thank you so much! Cheers!

This was my first experience with T-Mark and it will definitely not be the last. Thus call was for yearly maintenance of my furnace and air conditioner. I highly recommend them. From the women in the office to Keith the service technician, they all had great customer service. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. Great price too. Thank you.
