I filled out a request on the Jameson website for an Ethernet run from the basement to the 2nd story. T-Mark responded, as they bought Jameson. While I'll admit I agreed to the quote up front and the job was done sufficiently, in hindsight after some research I realize that I was taken for a ride. I shouldn't have paid half of what I paid. Lesson learned! Don't make my mistake!

Ryan was exceptionally professional, polite, knowledgeable, but was unable to complete the job today. He said he has to come back tomorrow with a high-powered hot water machine to flush out the clog, and asked the family to bail out the dirty water that came up into the bathtub before he comes back tomorrow between 12:00 and 4:00 and the price will more than double.
Ryan's hard work enabled the family to use a snake in the toilet to finish unclogging the drain. It was unnecessary for them to come back the next day for an $800 plus job with a high pressure hot water jet.

Last December we paid a substantial amount of money to have a tankless hot water system installed to heat our house and for our personal water usage. A few weeks ago we began to notice that the water was steaming hot and the system was making a loud groaning noise. T Mark sent a technician out who informed us that one of the parts was defective allowing water from the side of the tank that heats the house to escape to the side of the tank that heats water for our personal use. The technician stated that at times the temperature of the water was 170°. She advised us that she would have to order the part for replacement and that the office would contact us to set up an appointment for installation. I spoke with someone from the office and we decided to give a little extra time for the part to be shipped and set the appointment for today, which was approximately two weeks after the original appointment. I advised them that I had an appointment later in the day and asked for the earliest appointment. We decided that the technician should appear sometime between 8 AM and noon. When no one showed up by noon I called T Mark to see what was going on and was informed that there were several no heat calls that they were handling but that they would inform the technician that we were the next to be taken care of. I reluctantly agreed since we had already wasted half a day. Shortly there after I received a call from T Mark informing me that the part never came in. I am livid that we were never informed that the part was not received as it should have been the responsibility of the technician to make certain that she had the part or to notify us that she did not. When I asked the lady on the phone what is going to happen at this point she said that they would not schedule a date until the part came in and that we would have to wait to be informed by T Mark before proceeding. I would expect that a reputable company would be bending over backwards to satisfy their customer as this was their
fault because the part was defective. Now we’re expected to wait again to have the situation remedied. That does not reflect very well on their customer service!

Our old tank split and was leaking. Brian came with the new tank on the truck, drained the old one, wrestled it up out of the basement, and neatly connected the new tank. All within one hour. The Buffalo Bills discussion was an added benefit!
