Needed a water heater replaced after I returned from a trip and found it leaking. Their estimate for the cost was outrageously high and they charged me $97 for a “visit” fee to tell me what they could have told me over the phone with the pictures they requested. I found another plumbing company to do the job for less than half of what I was quoted. I will not be calling this company again.

Very responsive when our boiler broker on New Year’s Eve. Paul did an amazing job to repair and restore it.

I purchased a home who used this company for a boiler and hot water heater. They did the install and this company does not stand by its warranty or products. I had to find an alternative way to resolve the problem. Look elsewhere for service.

Update: As requested, I gave the company the company a call and left a message for the individual two weeks ago and I have yet to get a response.

We used Bruni and Campisi to perform maintenance our air conditioner. Tony from B&C showed up ahead of time, waited patiently for us (I was out), performed the necessary maintenance, advised us on things to do to keep the AC running great. Great technician and a very friendly person. Would definitely hire him again.

Darin did a great job.
However, the auto water cutoff seized up and couldn't be opened. Darin had to use a wrench. It was just 2 yrs old??

Customer Service is atrocious. It hasn’t changed for years. They answer the phone and say I don’t know what to do let me tell the higher ups. I just answer the phones. Who can run a terrible business model such as this?

Warehouse and parts department are terrible and lazy. Don’t do their job in a timely fashion. Can’t get status of parts for no hot water in a home.

Technician was professional and expedient, but unfortunately did not fully diagnose my issue during emergency hours. Company came back to resolve next day and then needed more parts. Why would a customer pay for emergency service and then 2 more labor charges? That is the definition of insane.

Company also do not provide itemization of pets and labor, simply ask to be paid. Why would any customer pay for a service when it isn’t clear what that service is by cost?

In the middle of the August heat wave, Bruni and Campisi replaced our HVAC system which was 20+ years old. They replaced with new, more fuel efficient of the same system as we previously had. Steve and Vinny were here for about a week doing the installation of the 3 zone system. They could not have been more helpful or courteous and we are so pleased. A big thanks to Steve, Vinny and the rest of the B&C team for making this experience a positive one. Will definitely use B&C again if ever the need arises and recommend them highly.

From appointment making to actual physical service, the process was professional and seamless. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed everything he could and gave sound advice.

They came on time and resolved the issue quickly and for a reasonable price. Dmitriy was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and made recommendations for improving our HVAC System. I highly recommend Bruni and Campisi!

I was very satisfied with Bruni and Campisi, and their technician Malik. They were able to schedule my appointment for the next morning, and called that morning with an updated arrival time, and texted a picture of Malik for transparency. Malik identified the problem very quickly, provided an accurate price, and then repaired it in about 30 minutes. I am very grateful to him for his expertise in solving a time-sensitive problem so quickly. I look forward to using Bruni and Campisi again.
